2 Story Home in Round Rock Sleeps 16 Guests

We wish to welcome you to stay in a our spacious and newly renovated two story five bedroom home. Our home makes your feel like royalty from the time you step through the door. We feature high ceilings and large windows which offer wonderful natural lighting. We are the perfect location for family reunions or maybe wedding parties looking to prepare for the big day. We are close to several North Austin Attractions including Lake Travis, Crystal Falls Golf Club, and Kalahari Resort.

Our home is two stories with five bedrooms. The home had a spacious living room and separate dining room. There is also an eat-in kitchen. The primary bedroom is on the first floor with a comfortable king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The remaining four bedrooms are on the second floor. See pictures for details and descriptions.

Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory.

We can be reached at any time via phone, text or the Airbnb app. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that don’t hesitate to ask. We will provide you will all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in Austin.

The best thing about our neighborhood is the location. Our neighborhood showcases the best of Austin, we offer a family friendly atmosphere in a quiet and serene environment. Yet we a close enough to the action that you can still go out and have a blast without the constant hustle and bustle of the city.

Being that we are in the suburban part of Austin a car is almost a must, but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.

We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.

We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secrets safe with us and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.

No Shoes in the house.

No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.

No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.

Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!

Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!

ABSOLUTLEY NO parties allowed! Reservation will be canceled immediately.

We do not offer late checkouts.

No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate.
