And just a glance away, a quaint patio adorned with two inviting chairs beckons you for a serene morning or an evening in ATX.

With every essential at your fingertips, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup, culinary adventures are just waiting to be embarked upon. And if you're considering bringing along your furry friend, you're in luck! We warmly welcome pets to join in on the relaxation. When it comes to parking, we offer hassle-free solutions with free parking spots available on the property, plus ample street parking.

Guests will have access to the entire space as well as the close by Lions Municipal Golf Course and Lady Bird Lake Trail. There is a shared pool and a common courtyard with a BBQ. There is also shared off street and on street parking for this apartment.

Please note that while we strive to provide our guests with an enjoyable pool experience, the availability of the pool may be subject to unforeseen circumstances such as maintenance, cleaning, or other issues beyond our control. We prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our guests, and sometimes this means the pool may not be accessible during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to ensure any impact on your stay is minimized.

If you need recommendations, we'll be available to provide them otherwise you'll have complete privacy. We'll provide you with access information before you arrive, so you'll have super quick and easy entry.

After booking you'll be provided a link where you can purchase upgrades to your booking such as early check-in and late check-out, additional cleanings, and more that will make your Austin experience even better!

We don't charge a security deposit! Where many hosts charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk them not returning your deposit – Austin Vacay remains guest-centric by charging a one-time, non-refundable fee (already included in your booking price) which provides up to $200 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions). This means a lower cost to book, and because accidents happen, protection against costly charges. Plan terms and conditions provided by request after booking.

Located in the upscale neighborhood of West Austin, this area is characterized by its elegant homes, tree-lined streets, and well-maintained parks. With a harmonious blend of luxury and natural beauty, this part of Austin provides a tranquil yet vibrant lifestyle, making it a sought-after destination for those seeking both relaxation and urban excitement.

Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website).
We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.
1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties
4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused.
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay

Great stay - Needs bedroom window curtain

Other than the light streaming through the bedroom window blind making it difficult to sleep, the place was great. See other reviews - there is an outdoor light that shines onto the bedroom window making it bright even though there is a slatted window blind. The owners needs to put up a room darkening material fabric shade over the slatted one to actually make it dark enough to sleep in there.

Good Stay

The bathroom can use an upgrade. The only issues we had were 1. The bathroom sink hot water pressure was non existent, Like it should be fixed immediately.. not fun brushing w/cold water. 2. The room is so bright at night bc there is no curtain. I’d suggest curtains that can be opened/closed so that the guest can have a darker and more comfy sleep. 3. The walls are sooo thin, I mean we could hear everything going on (this isn’t something the owner can control, but just a good FYI). Otherwise, the House looks as listed. Decor is so modern and beautiful. I’d recommend the Stay & stay here again.

Great for what we needed and last-minute

Could use some sort of curtains in the bedroom, but other than that they did a great job with the space. Could tell the owner tried their best to make the guest happy.
