The Space:

Come on in to this charming cottage, built in 2001 and nestled in the heart of the Georgetown historic district. This inviting home is perfect for couples, small families, or solo travelers looking for a cozy and well-appointed retreat. Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, the space offers a seamless blend of modern amenities and thoughtful details.



Step inside to discover two spacious bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. The primary suite serves as a private oasis, featuring a king bed, a comfortable leather reading chair, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. French doors from the suite open onto a private back deck, providing the perfect spot for quiet mornings or relaxing evenings. The second bedroom is equally inviting, with a queen bed, ample closet space, and essentials like an iron, ironing board, and steamer. A convenient half-bath is located in the hallway for easy access.



The living room boasts vaulted ceilings, creating an airy and open atmosphere.
