    A newly furnished modern mid-century style home in the heart of a “boomtown” that is exploding into one of the fastest-growing metro areas in 2022. This 1300-square-foot home offers a safe, clean, and comfy environment for a group of up to 6.

    The home is furnished with a massive King size memory foam mattress in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a workstation and a 50 inch Smart TV! The other two rooms have a Queen size mattress with one bedroom having a Smart TV. When I say you’ll love these mattresses, I mean it! (I want to take them home with me, Lol!) Each room is equipped with a full-size mirror to see your great outfit before a night in the city! The location of this house offers the best experience for not only an extrovert but also an introvert!

    Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch!

    The living room is furnished with a big smart tv for you and your friends to watch your favorite streaming channels. As for readers, we have an awesome reading area for you to relax, unwind, and get carried away in the adventures your book has to offer.

    In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like towels, soap, napkins, makeup mirrors, and more.

    As mentioned earlier, this home has everything you’ll need/want. It’ll be hard to pack up and leave..

    You’ll have access to the entire home. This will include the driveway, garage, back patio, and fenced backyard.

    Family friendly neighborhood! Very quiet place right near the I-35!

    The home is really close to the I-35 making it super easy and coinvent to travel to any destination! The home is very close to grocery stores, gas stations, and other convenient stores.

    In an effort to maintain secure premises the home is equipped with a ring security doorbell. The camera is only EXTERIOR and there are no cameras inside the home. There is also a noise monitor system within the property.

The house was in a quiet older type neighborhood and was good value relative to the cost. 3 nice size bedrooms and comfortable cute kitchen stocked with all the supplies you need. Using the garage for parking was a plus as well. The downside was cars parks all over the streets as other reviews have mentioned and some cleanliness issues like old coffee left in the coffee maker, stains on the couch and the biggest issue was the yard was overgrown. We booked this location due to the fact it was pet friendly. Just make sure to ensure the yard is going to be groomed before arriving. Rain was mentioned as an excuse but the weeds and overgrowth weren’t just a missed mowing issue as they were 2-3 feet high.

What I liked about our stay was the quiet neighborhood. The house was clean. The host answered my questions promptly. The master bed was very comfortable. The decor is very tasteful. It is nice to have a garage.

This was a great stay for our visit! Super clean, had all the necessary things to make it convenient for us, and even gave us the use of the garage to park our rental car in. It also has a spacious backyard for us to play in with our grandsons! Highly recommend and would use again!

Family Trip

Perfect, no fuss location. House provided comfortable, no frills accommodation. Bedrooms and bathrooms very comfortable. Town of Georgetown was cute and shops & restaurants were very good! We had a nice stay.

excellent little separate house!

very pleased with the property! it's a separate house, so no need to worry about noise from neighbors. location is a quaint little development with unique homes, all different colors like austin homes! very quiet neighborhood. house was clean, lots of amenities, full size kitchen and dining area, 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths, and even have use of a garage! perfect place!

Overall nice house

We had an overall good experience staying at this property in Georgetown. The house was nice and the beds were comfortable. The property manage, Jakob, was excellent whenever I communicated with him. We had a couple of small issues. One of the neighbors had a dog that barked every morning so if you want to sleep in, this probably isn't the place to stay. There was a dirty towel left in a laundry hamper when we checked in. We couldn't get the dishwasher to start during our stay. The water in the second bathroom wasn't very hot and the tub in the master bathroom didn't drain well. All of these issues were communicated with Jakob when we checked out. We also wished there was a place to sit in the backyard. If you want to do this, you should bring chairs with you. There were a lot of cars parked in the neighborhood, but we were able to park in the garage or on the drive way. Overall the house was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Comfy Home

This house was perfect for our stay. It was super clean and well- stocked, especially the kitchen. The beds were comfy, the shower heads were awesome and provided plenty of pressure. We really appreciated having access to the garage. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d stay again when visiting the area.
