We typically keep the home within a seasonal range of 68–74°F, which most guests find comfortable. Depending on demand and the time of year, we may not always be able to adjust the temperature to an exact request.

House of Songs is a duplex with two 1-bedroom apartments. Yours is the `Musician`s Flat.` The other unit is the `Artist’s Flat.` The entire duplex can also be rented as a 2-bedroom single-family home if needed, or you can book the neighboring apartment separately. Please let us know if you’d like more information!

The entire home is accessible to guests with the exception of one locked hospitality closet located in the garage (by the electric meters inside the gate to the left of the garage) which contains our cleaning and restocking supplies, along with the laundry area. Any evidence of tampering with locks may result in a fee.
Your unit has direct access to the garage/laundry area via the kitchen door.
