Séjour South Lamar avec balcon privé | Piscine, terrasse, restauration sur place | The Code

Winner of the 2026 DNA Paris Design Awards for the Interior Design: Hospitality category.

Some cities have a heartbeat. Austin has a whole soundtrack — and The Code puts you right in the front row.

Zilker isn't just a neighborhood. It's the part of Austin that locals refuse to give up: Barton Springs on a Tuesday morning, Lady Bird Lake at golden hour, South Lamar on a Saturday night when the air smells like live oak and possibility. The Code sits at the center of all of it — minutes from the park that defines the city, anchored on one of Austin's most beloved corridors. You're not visiting Austin from here. You're living it.

Your Residence
1 Bedroom | 1 Bathroom | 4 Guests
+ Balcony

Thoughtful interiors by Kim Lewis Designs that channel pure Zilker energy — polished, but never precious. Luxury vinyl plank floors, quartz countertops, Bosch appliances, and full kitchens mean you can cook in, order out, or do both in the same night. Stay for a weekend. Stay for a season. The Code is built for however long Austin holds you.

The Amenities
This is where the hotel part earns its keep:
- The Lookout — A rooftop terrace with skyline views worth lingering over
- Resort pool with outdoor kitchen and poolside dining
- Café and Bar led by local culinary talent (currently under construction — stay tuned)
- Co-working and creative spaces for those who can't fully unplug
- 24-hour front desk for seamless arrivals, late checkouts, and everything in between

The Neighborhood
South Lamar has that old Austin energy that new Austin keeps trying to bottle. Barton Springs Road is your morning. The Alamo Drafthouse is your evening. Lady Bird Lake is your weekend. And when the calendar fills up — ACL, SXSW, F1 weekend, game days on the Drag — you'll be grateful you're already here. UT roars on Saturdays, the skyline keeps evolving, and yet the spirit of this city stays stubbornly, beautifully the same.

A Few Things to Know
Because each residence is individually positioned within the building, views, natural light, and patio configurations will vary by unit. Some residences face South Lamar and carry the ambient hum of an active urban street — particularly during peak evening hours. Others are set back from the street and face interior or neighboring building views with reduced traffic noise.
If you have a preference or are sensitive to noise, reach out before booking — we're happy to help point you toward the right fit.
