Pets are allowed depending on size. A few questions and additional information. Will the dog ever be alone in the unit? If so we prefer that the owner brings a kennel. Please let us know this information before your stay and confirm prior to your arrival if you will in fact be bringing pets and how many etc. There are pet fees for guests who bring pets in addition to the booking reservation amount.

Don’t stay here
When I arrived to the property, it was a rundown old apartment complex. The air conditioning was broken and waited. Three hours for it to be fixed. The unit itself backed up to a parking garage for a bar that was very very noisy. The living room overlooked that parking garage bar. The TV did not work.. and I did not feel comfortable in that area. I would never recommend staying in this location or booking through this host.

The good and bad of Austin.
The property manager was very communicative, however at no time was it shared that this property is literally 10 feet from the entrance of a bar. With strict guidelines about “quiet hours” that the manager made clear was to be upheld- I was disappointed to them be up at all hours due to the sounds of the people coming and going from the bar. The location is ideal to be on Congress street for fun access to the city and nightlife, but if you are here as a family, this may not be the location for you unless you are deep sleepers! The actual building was cute and offered the amenities as advertised.
