Overall itâs a good house
The house and rooms are very spacious. I like the open floor plan and the split bedrooms. Master bath was huge and loved the walk in closet. Pool table and ping pong table was a hit with our family. Only one thing is in Texas, itâs hot! So after 6pm was the only time we could play with the garage open. The back yard wasnât huge but the boys were able to practice throwing baseballs. There isnât very much privacy either because the houses are really close together. But the neighborhood is very quiet and close to old settlers park. Walmart is also right down the road.Cons: kitchen isnât fully stocked. You have the bare basics. Dishes, cups and silverware. There wasnât a measuring cup, no can opener, no baking dishes (only pizza pan and baking sheet). The skillet I used for scramble eggs sucked and the eggs stuck to the pan. Had to go buy my own skillets because I didnât want to scrub dishes on vacation. Only left me with 1 dishwasher pod for 6 day stay. No cleaning spray. There was 2 bottles of spray, but they didnât spray anything out. Beds arenât super comfortable but not super bad either. Master bedroom says queen size bed, but feels like a full size bed. Dryer door is the wrong way which is annoying but not a big deal.Overall, I would stay here again. Nice house, nice neighbor and great communication with owner. Thanks
