Nestled on a quiet street just steps from Georgetown Square, this mid-century modern home offers the perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience. With 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an updated kitchen, and abundant natural light, it’s designed for a relaxing stay.

Enjoy walking to local restaurants and shops, exploring historic downtown, or taking your pup to San Jose Park for some outdoor fun. If you're in the mood for adventure, Georgetown is an ideal day-trip destination with plenty to explore



The Space:

When you walk in the front door there's a nice sized living room that flows to the kitchen and dining area, and then on to the laundry room and sliding door to the back yard. The full bathroom is located in a central part of the house with easy access from both bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen and bedroom 2 has two twin beds.

The Neighborhood:

Located on a quiet street in Georgetown's Historic District. There are well-established trees, a mix of new and old homes, and located a brisk 3/4 mile walk down Main Street to Georgetown's Downtown Square!



Getting Around:

On the corner of 19th Street and Paige Street with plenty of street parking directly in front of the house!
