At its heart is a lavish hot tub, inviting you to soak away your cares under the Texas stars. Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, this newly built retreat is a masterpiece of contemporary design, featuring over 2,200 square feet of living space, perfect for up to 6 guests. With three comfortable bedrooms and a full office, this space has it all!

Upon entering this exquisite home, you first encounter a welcoming entryway, leading you into the heart of the house: a state-of-the-art kitchen. This modern culinary space, complete with a large island and seating, forms the hub of the home, perfect for casual dining or enjoying your morning coffee. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, where the open concept design continues, fostering a sense of togetherness during meal times. Beyond the dining area unfolds the spacious living room, a harmonious blend of relaxation and entertainment. High ceilings amplify the sense of openness, while a large smart TV and high-speed WiFi offer endless streaming possibilities with services like Netflix, Disney+, and more. The outdoor area is a tranquil escape, featuring a beautiful deck with a propane grill, outdoor sofa, dining table, chairs, and lounge chairs, all centered around the luxurious hot tub. A grassy yard with the cornhole game adds a playful touch to your outdoor enjoyment. For your safety, we've equipped the backyard with a security camera that activates only in case of a security breach. This camera is not recording continuously, ensuring your privacy during your stay. We're committed to your comfort and safety, and full details are provided for transparency before booking.

Upstairs, find solace in the second living area with a comfortable sofa and smart TV, creating an ideal spot for relaxation or intimate gatherings. The bedrooms, each a sanctuary of rest and relaxation, include the primary bedroom with a king bed, private patio, and a sumptuous bathroom with a walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed, smart TV, and a desk/vanity setup, while the third bedroom offers another cozy queen bed. All beds are fitted with premium luxury hotel linens for a blissful sleep.

The full bathrooms are thoughtfully supplied with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. An in-unit laundry room provides added convenience for longer stays. Parking is a breeze, with space for one vehicle in the garage, additional driveway parking, and free street parking.

Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website).
We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.

2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance

4) No pets allowed
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay

We experienced Austin for the first time for my husband's 60th and had a really fun time! Austin is quieter in January than most other times of the year, so we extra enjoyed this lovely modern spacious home. The hot tub and communal areas were perfect for the 3 couples. Everything in the house worked perfectly, was clean, and nicely decorated. The only suggestions I would make are to add more seating in the living room since the couch only seats 3-4 people comfortably and add more dresser or shelving space in the 2 guest bedrooms to keep personal belongings in and on. The primary bedroom has lots of storage in the large walk-in closet. Ames, our AustinVacay contact, was very communicative and helpful - thank you so much!

Property is exactly as listed, the house was clean, spacious, well stocked and close to everything we needed. The host responded promptly to any questions we had. My only issue was all the bedrooms are upstairs, and my husband and I are both in our 80's, which was a little difficult going up and down the somewhat steep stairs multiple times through out our stay and the beautiful house is on kind of a busy street. Overall it was a nice house.

Stayed over the weekend for the Grand Prix and Texas/Georgia game. House is very new and well kept. Housekeeping did a great job, absolutely nothing dirty or unkempt. Location is convenient to everything but somewhat close to main ways in/out of the city. Had one issue in that the bedrooms do not have window coverings; I made management aware and hopefully they invest a few hundred dollars to make this house perfect. Would stay again.

Myself and three girlfriends stayed in this house for three nights. It was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the Jacuzzi was a fun bonus. The house is very close to many popular bars and restaurants. We took quick Uber rides to all sorts of places
