Property Layout

This is a 2-acre lakefront property with 3 individual houses, all included in your stay. The homes are separate buildings located on the same property, giving larger groups plenty of space, privacy, and room to spread out.

Privacy
The rental is completely private for guests staying in the 3 rental houses. The owner also has a personal loft on the property with a separate private entrance and access. The loft is only used occasionally. If the owner happens to be staying in the loft during your reservation, guests will be notified.

Important: All 3 houses are included with your reservation. They are separate homes on the same lakefront property, rather than rooms within one large house. Charcoal and propane for the grills are (not provided.)

Boat rides and jet ski rentals are also available for an additional fee.


Guests have private access to the entire 2+ acre lakefront property during their stay, including all three rental houses and the outdoor amenities.

The property offers plenty of room to relax, explore, enjoy the lake, and spend time together. The owner’s personal loft is the only area not included in guest access and has a separate private entrance. Guests will be notified if the loft is occupied during their stay.

We want you to enjoy your stay with plenty of privacy while knowing that help is always available when you need it. I do not live on the property, but I am just a call or message away and happy to assist with any questions or concerns during your stay.

For anything that requires in-person assistance, a local contact is available to help when needed. We’re happy to provide recommendations for nearby restaurants, marinas, boating activities, and other Lake Travis attractions to help you make the most of your stay.


Lakeway is certainly one of the nicest neighborhoods on lake Travis, several restaurants, markets and retail shopping available nearby. My favorite recommendation to guest is that they visit the Hamilton Greenbelt down the street from the property which is a beautiful hiking trail in nature along the greenbelt.

I recommend the local Lakeway market 5 minutes from the property, a charming local market with good selection of food and wine/beer. They even have a bar with craft beer on tap!

Enjoy easy access to Lakeway City Park (0.8 mi), Austin Paddleboard & Kayak (0.3 mi), Sundancer Grill (0.7 mi), and local favorites like The Gramercy (2.5 mi). H-E-B, shopping, golf, boating, and hiking trails are just minutes away. Perfect for family reunions, celebrations, fishing trips, and unforgettable weekends on the water.

Extra guest fee starts at $50 per guest per night.
Pet fee starts at $50 per pet per night.
Cleaning: We do our best to keep the cleaning fee affordable; therefore, we ask your cooperation in the cleaning process. Please wash dirty dishes and take out the trash. Please do not take any linens off the beds. Do not leave trash, bottles, cigarette butts on the property. If there is excessive wear and tear on the property, furniture or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes or stains on furniture, the guest authorizes the owner to deduct additional cleaning fee from the deposit.
Please do not move any furniture.For your safety and the safety of other guest, we ask that you do not use any glass bottles or glassware in the pool area.
