You’ll love cooling off in the pool, and soaking up the sun on the multiple decks. The hot tub is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, and your cabana movie lounge will have you entertained all day. If you love to grill, we’ve got that too!



With 5 comfortable bedrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind and recharge. Each room is furnished with quality bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep. In the primary suite you’ll wake up to French doors leading to your own private deck. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening nightcap in this peaceful outdoor space.



Cheers to laid-back evenings watching your favorite movies in your outdoor movie lounge. With a big screen and cozy seating, it’s the perfect way to end a day of adventures.



Gather around the warm living room fireplace for good company and conversations. The 75 inch TV and sound system can always liven things up too!



Inside, you’ll find all the modern comforts. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need to cook delicious meals. All coffee and Tea essentials including a Keurig, coffee pot, kettle, french press, coffee, tea, sugar and creamer. A washer / dryer with all the cleaning supplies are available for your convenience.

The entire home is available for your enjoyment! The garage is reserved for our cleaning staff.

Come as you are! This is a diverse, welcoming neighborhood with people from all walks of life. If you’re expecting a perfectly polished area, this may not be the right fit. But if you want a laid-back, authentic South Austin vibe just a short drive from the city’s top attractions, you’ll feel right at home!



Getting Around:

Parking: about 4 cars can fit in the driveway, and there is plenty of parking on the street.



Transportation: We are about 10 minutes away from the airport, 5 minutes away from South Congress, and about 15 minutes to downtown.
