The space
This cozy hill country 2,150 sq ft cottage features amazing views & sunrises of the Texas Hill Country with an expansive 20x16'' new deck that makes you feel like you are floating in the tee tops of the Hill Country.

The 5 bedroom / 2 bath (both with double vanity) home is perfect for a getaway, wine groups, bachelorette/bachelor groups, wedding groups, etc. yet so close to things to do! We can sleep 16 fairly comfortably, and include a premium queen blow up mattress (with two silent internal pumps for comfort control). The large 22x20 garage space has been fully insulated, AC/heat and can be used as a flex room for extra indoor dining, living, or sleeping space.

Private neighborhood Lake Access! (no boats). Guests will receive access codes to the private lake & picnic area for the Lower Lake recreational area. Tons of shade, water, BBQ pits, tables, etc. Swim, Fish, Kayak, Floats (not boating). This area is great for kids & we provide floats.

Uber & Lyft service here - just give them 30 minutes heads up!

If you plan to have more than 16 people at the property at any given time, please contact us for "special event" pricing & details. We can waive the 2 night min for some of these instances, but can only host up to 25 people at the property due to septic system, city, and neighbor commitments.
Guest access
You will have sole access of the entire home, deck, and 1/2 acre lot (includes large front yard). Guests will also have access to the private neighborhood lake 1 minute drive from the house (it is walkable but the walk back is all uphill so we recommend taking a car - plus you can bring a lot more supplies/toys to the lake). Enjoy the big cypress tree shade, BBQ pits, access to waterfront.
Other things to note
We require a liability waiver signed by booking guest. We also have noise decibel readers to prevent large parties & outdoor noise disturbances.

We love for you to enjoy and celebrate, but we charge a $75 cleaning fee for confetti or glitter found on property.

We ask that you please clean up after your pets. We reserve the right to charge additional fees to cover any damage pets may leave and we charge a $15 poop fee (potentially more if there are multiple pets worth).

Please do not move any furniture. If you do, please move it back. We charge a $20 minimum furniture moving fee if we arrive and furniture is out of place.
