The first day we arrived the power was out until late in the night. No AC no electricity, no elevator. Many people went to another hotel. The second night was a rolling black out that didn’t happen during the scheduled hours but happened later so no elevator again for hours. I had a question about my bill and was told I would have to talk to the morning manager. She left him an email and said he would call me. No call came. When I called back in the morning and talked to the manager he was rude and when I mentioned the power outage he said it was beyond his control and his home had no power either during the power outage and he still needed to pay his mortgage. I never asked him to take away any of my bill. I don’t know what his home has to do with my bill discrepancies. It was not a good experience. My bill problem was that Expedia said I had paid a portion of my bill and the hotel said they never got a payment so he said I needed to deal with Expedia.
