Inside, you will find two king bedrooms and three queen bedrooms, with large TVs throughout the home. The main living room features an 85 inch TV and reclining sofas for true movie nights. The second living area includes a 75 inch TV and a dedicated workstation with dual 32 inch monitors, keyboard, mouse, and docking station. Ideal for remote work, virtual meetings, or longer corporate stays.



Located just 6 minutes from Georgetown Square and approximately 10 minutes to Round Rock, the property offers easy access to shopping, dining, and regional attractions. Austin is a convenient drive, making this an excellent base for events or work in the North Austin tech corridor.



The private backyard includes a pool for warm weather stays. Please note the pool is not heated.

Pets: Pets are allowed with the following restrictions: Only dogs allowed (50 lbs pet weight limit), no other animals allowed

The per pet fee is $250.



Pool & Hot Tub:

Enjoy a private pool and hot tub available year-round. The pool can be heated or cooled depending on the season to keep it comfortable in both warm and cooler months. Please note the system is set in advance and cannot switch between heating and cooling during your stay. In colder weather (below 50°F), pool heating performance may be limited.



The hot tub is available year-round and offers a relaxing experience in all seasons. During peak summer months, high outdoor temperatures may cause the water to feel warmer than typical spa settings. Guests can adjust the temperature upon arrival for comfort.
