Full kitchen for cooking your own meals, comfy couch and chair, smart TV, Wi-Fi and a great table for working remotely. Completely remodeled in 2023 and professionally furnished and decorated!
The space
The living room and dining room are spacious. Smart TV w/Roku (Netflix, DirtectTV Stream, etc...) The kitchen table is great for working, eating, or games. The kitchen is on the small side, but efficient and has everything you need for a full cooked meal. The full bathroom serves both bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and two end tables. The back bedroom also has a queen, two end tables, and closet. You can access the private fenced patio at the end of the hallway. From here you can get to the driveway as well. Full size stackable laundry is in the closet in the living room corner.
Guest access
The patio is private, and shares a common wall with the unit next door. There's a large yard out the patio door as well that's shared with other guests, but other than that, everything else is completely separated. The driveway is reserved for YOU, but you can also park on the street (front and side) if needed.

Other things to note
We have had multiple guests bring kids, and we 100% welcome them! We have one pack & play available in the closet of the back bedroom. When it's not booked my family often stay and/or work from here and love it.
