I booked a room online with 2 beds 2 queens. Once I arrived to the property they give a different room with one bed and bad smell also I claimed the guy front desk he gave me a different room

If I could give negative stars I would do it. Absolutely THE worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Trash bag was left outside the room and the SMELL!! YUK!! We actually brought in a large group of family in town for a funeral. All but us left the hotel - bed bugs, roaches, and our tub alone had a whole underneath the mat. Nasty, nasty, nasty. No Raddison-affiliated hotels for me. EVER.

Good location. Inka chicken right next to the hotel is a great dinner option. Beds were comfortable and room as big. Breakfast had waffles eggs biscuits and cereal.

There was a roach in the first room of the suite and the trash container at the entrance was overflowing with broken beer bottles all around. The elevator is old and feels old and unmaintained. The room's furniture is old and dirty. The good parts are that it is quiet and the beds and bathroom seem clean. Also, the pillows are comfy.

I was traveling through with my husband and 1 year old. The room was dirty and reeked of cigarette smoke even though this was supported to be a non-smoking room. There were stains all over the upholstery and carpet. The carpet floor was sticky and smelled of humidity. Nothing in this suite was clean. We were so exhausted that we just tried to make it through the night and left really early the next day even though we had booked 2 nights. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I think the hotel looks older in person than it does in the pictures. The staff was nice, so no complaints there. The hotel is definitely old. The elevator smelled old, the room smelled old. Everything smelled old. The A/C was ancient—like one of those dials from the 70s that you have to guess what the temp is being set to. It had a wall unit, but it didn’t work. The carpet was stained and someone had moved the tv console to the side, revealing debris that housekeeping didn’t clean up. The tub was clogged, so I had to call for maintenance and wait until morning for it to get fixed. I have a habit of bringing my own clean bedsheets, but I could still smell the old stench of the room while trying to sleep. I even had an air freshener. I honestly wanted to leave the same night, but because it was too much trouble, I stayed. I hated it though. Breakfast was available, but I didn’t bother trying it because considering the poor upkeep of the rooms, I didn’t have confidence in the cleanliness of the kitchen. Long story short, I won’t be booking there ever again.

I was disappointed with this hotel. The facilities were a bit run down and the cleanliness was not on the great side. I have stayed at worse places, but I would not go back there.
