Rien a redire sur l'hôtel j'ai passé un super séjour. L'hôtel est très propre et le service général est bien. Le seul point négatif c'est le fait que j'ai pas pu récupérer ma prise que j'avais laissé dans la salle de bain. Celle-ci n'a pas été vu par le service du ménage le jour de mon départ. 3 jours après, toujours pas possible d'y accéder! En dehors de ce seul point négatif je vous recommande l'hôtel qui est vraiment très bien

The property is in bad shape. When we arrived, I wasn't impressed by the condition. Early the next morning the toilet backed up. I went to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. So I walked down in my pajamas to alert them, it was 7:30, and the response was that the maintenance man doesn't come in till 9:00. She didn't have the key to the common ladies room, but rest assured I could use the common men's room and just then a gentlemen walked up and handed me the key. yuk. My friend and I took our showers and went to check out. When I spoke with the manager, the response to my complaint was that I was checking out that day anyway. When I responded with the fact that we are checking out early because we can't even use the bathroom in our room...he responded with taking $35 off...really...

The location really worked for us (close to my sick brother's apartment). I liked there was a breakfast bar. Our room was clean and the maid service for the 3 days we were there was excellent.

The room was advertised as having two queens and a pull out sofa which was why we chose it. When we checked in their was no sofa, so the sleeping arrangement were more cramped than they should have been. Had we known this we would have booked somewhere else. Also the channel list for the TV was all wrong, and none of the staff could tell us what the channels were. This stay was very frustrating.

The property was in very poor condition. They are trying to remodel but very cheap finishes. The hall carpet was stained and discolored on all three floors. The elevators were in poor condition. The beds were lumpy. The pillows were flat. The bathroom had a towel bar retainers but no towel bar, they did paint over the retainers though lol. The faucet and sink were old and worn out.

Overall a good experience. Reported a burned out lamp in bathroom that didn’t get fixed by the time we checked out. Found a hair in the waffle batter at breakfast. USB ports by bed headboard didn’t work. Didn’t report it.

I was struggling with a vending machine for water and the great staff gave me a complimentary gift bag traditional reserved for Members of water. Very nice.

Great place, very good price, good area
Stayed here before, and will stay again! Breakfast is great a lot off choices, also I love that they have a little library to borrow from also and if you don’t finish your book you can take and send it back when you do finish it, such a very cool idea!

Room provided started leaking sewage on the first night from the room above. No alternate room was available so they "put together" a temporary room when was in severe disrepair @ 1am so I could get some rest. Room was never serviced during the entire stay and hotel was under renovation and common areas were not clean.

Cleanliness? not here.
If I stay in a Country Inn & Suites I can normally expect a good standard of cleanliness, breakfast quality and comfort. This facility was being renovated according to the desk clerk. After I walked in the room the first thing I noticed was a deep black grease type stain of the carpet. I was told the carpet was being replaced but I can't imagin why the personell had not even tryed to remove the stain.
