This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.

We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. Note that we charge $25 per night per pet fee. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. No cats, sorry.

The complex itself has been recently renovated. In light of this, we do our very best to keep everything crystal clear and up to date.

Please be aware that the unit is in the state of Texas where pests such as bugs, ants, roaches and etc. are extremely common. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.

We always make sure to provide you the basic amenities as a starter pack, things such as hand soaps, toilet paper, towels and etc. however, for any long-stay bookings, any further supplies would need to be purchased on your own. Also, our amenities are available to all our guests unless they are closed due to maintenance.

You will find a security camera outside apartment door as well as a noise detector inside the property. These are in place for security purposes. Please note the camera does not capture any footage inside the unit and the noise detector only monitors decibels.

Please note that the lock code is currently not working. So, you will need to use the keys in the lock box.

Please be mindful that while our neighbors contribute to a generally peaceful ambiance, occasional ambient tumult could arise within the apartment complex.

Please note that the items inside the unit and the placement of things might differ from the pictures on the listing page. This is usually because of replacement items due to damages, however, you might also find addition of items that may not be photographed.
