With the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, our home sets the stage for a memorable stay. Both indoors and outdoors, this home promises a delightful stay. Enjoy the ambiance of the private, string-lit backyard, perfect for evening gatherings, or let your pets frolic in the secure, fenced front yard.

From the moment you step inside, you are greeted by an airy, open-concept living space awash in natural light streaming through large windows. High ceilings enhance the sense of openness. The main floor features a chic living room furnished with a sleeper sofa and Smart TV, seamlessly connected to a spacious dining area that comfortably seats six.

The heart of the house—the kitchen—exudes a minimalist charm. It's outfitted with brand-new appliances, including a dishwasher, and bathed in natural light. An island that seats four serves as an ideal spot for casual meals or savoring a cup of coffee.

As you ascend to the second floor, discover the comfort of the expansive primary bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed swathed in luxury hotel-quality linens, a large double-sink bathroom with a glass shower, and a soothing ceiling fan. Two additional bedrooms echo the atmosphere of tranquil elegance, each boasting queen-sized beds adorned with premium linens and ceiling fans. A full bathroom and a conveniently located stacked washer and dryer complete the second-floor amenities.

You'll have a dedicated spot in the driveway, and there's plenty of street parking available nearby, so you'll never have to worry about finding a spot.

We don't charge a security deposit! Where many hosts charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk them not returning your deposit – Austin Vacay remains guest-centric by charging a one-time, non-refundable fee (already included in your booking price) which provides up to $1,500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions). This means a lower cost to book, and because accidents happen, protection against costly charges. Plan terms and conditions provided by request after booking.

We have taken extra precautions to care for our guests and employees by introducing zero contact entry, enhanced cleaning protocols, and strict covering requirements for employees. We encourage our guests to review Texas and Austin’s travel guidelines and restrictions before making a reservation. We must work together to ensure a safe environment for everyone that enters our properties.

Located in East Austin, this vibrant and eclectic neighborhood is known for its unique artistic flair and cultural diversity. A hub for creativity, the area boasts an array of art galleries, music venues, and trendy eateries that showcase Austin's unique character. The nearby outdoor spaces, like parks and biking trails, contribute to the lively urban environment. This part of Austin is also close to downtown, making it convenient for both work and play. From food truck parks to specialized boutiques, the area provides a variety of attractions that cater to diverse tastes and interests, reflecting the dynamic spirit of the city.

Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website).
We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.
1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties
4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused.
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay

Newish-but not brand new anymore.

This is a newer home that has some wear on it. It's open space worked well for our wedding preparations. The finishes are beautiful and it is light and bright. The furniture is comfy, but a little grungy from use. We could not use the garage as a camper was parked in it, but with the driveway and street parking we had enough. Rentals are never super clean and this one needs a deep clean of showers, baseboards, spiderwebs in corners and dust filled bathroom vents. Some of the cool automatic windowshades are broken. Great location and quiet bedrooms.

Perfect little house for our family. We were in town for a concert with our teens. Perfect walking distance to lots of dining spots for breakfast & lunch (dinner was a little harder with having under 21, but we managed). Very clean, lots of space and comfortable beds. Cute patio to sit on since the fall weather was very nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Great overall house in Austin.

Overall, this was a great property. My only two complaints are small: 1. There are no TVs in the bedrooms, and 2. The beds could use a topper, as they are on the hard side. Very spacious inside the living room. Great-sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Right in the heart of downtown.

Great location

Perfect house for boys weekend, great east Austin location walking distance to bars etc in east Austin. Only issue was a few things needed fixing but they did get it done. I will rent it again next time we come to Austin.

Austin Easy Living

The house was as listed. Three roomy bedrooms with two large full baths on the upper level wher both full baths are also located. The main level is a very open floorplan which is very nice for gathering. Huge and nicely appointed kitchen and work space for any size gathering. Nice backyard are for hanging out and nicely appointed to make the stay very comfortable. The only challenge I had was gaining access to the house as the number for the keypad was incorrect and took about 30 minutes to get a live person on the line to help remedy the confusion. Overall a very nice stay that is located right near downtown Austin.

It was ok

First of all the house is beautiful and comfortable, but when we arrived the first thing I noticed the trash bins were FULL and weren’t taken out for the trash trucks to pickup, and the house wasn’t to clean! There was still crumbs on the kitchen counters weren’t wipe clean and floors weren’t sweetened ether! But overall it was a nice house and convenient for my family & trip.
