We unfortunately were only able to stay for one day but it was super close to restaurants and shopping attractions! It was clean and in a great area and there was even a karaoke night going on while we were there it was really nice and we'll definitely be coming back. :)

Nights were extremely noisy, from other guests running around to hearing the elevator cables banging all night long. Pool was filthy, green water in the spa and a backed up toilet. Never had enough towels stocked. Rooms were very small, sheets had gunk and hair, probably not changed.

Comfortable & Convenient
I had a great stay. I always choose this aloft when visiting my company’s headquarters in Austin. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I’ve yet to have a single issue at this hotel, and I’ve stayed several times.

I booked my guest 2 times on the wrong date by accident. I called the hotel within 5 minutes of booking and they told me I had to go through hotels.com. Not sure if Hotels.com messed up or the hotel was not helpful. Either way, did not get a refund even though I made a mistake and caught it within 5 minutes

This property is not what I could categorize as a luxury hotel anymore. My first stay here about 5 years ago was great with no issues. This stay the room needs a lot of attention to cleanliness & updating. Rust in the bathroom handles, gross looking old tub, no warm water for my shower, just cold, broken furniture in my room, broken bathroom door, the list goes on and on. The valet guys were the most accommodating part of my stay, and they were the only employees who had good customer service. I’ll never stay here again it was a huge disappointment for the one time I booked myself a nice hotel to have a mom getaway for my birthday. Never again. Sad to see luxury hotels go to the dumps like this one has.

This is the only dirty NYLO I have stayed at and it is kind of filthy. When I checked in the lady at the desk informed me that they had no hot water but were working on it. She then proceeded to assign me the first room past the check in on the first floor. You could hear the lobby and bar area from the room quite well which made sleeping difficult. The room was dark and had no options for lighting. When I turned on my camera flashlight, I soon found out why. I don’t think they have ever dusted this place, the carpets were dirty and stained. The chair was stained with ketchup. At least I hope it was ketchup. Seriously gross.

Aloft are usually very nice hotels and this was no exception. The room was spacious, and they let you bring dogs for a $50 non-refundable fee. That's very normal and was expected. did not, however, expect to pay for breakfast items, especially a la carte. That was disappointing and the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
