Enjoy this spacious modern farmhouse home’s private theater room, workspace, and game room. This private home is conveniently located in Pflugerville with easy access to downtown Austin, Dell Diamond, Kalahari Resorts, Typhoon Texas Waterpark, and Circuit of Americas.

This home is in a prime location and near shopping centers, fun activities, waterparks, and great food.

This home is great for large families, business trips, friend retreats, or anyone looking to have fun.

Within a five-mile radius of the home, you will find three gas stations, HEB, Costco, Walmart, Target, Lake Pflugerville, Stone hill shopping center (that has over 10 different restaurants and fast-food choices), and a hospital.

This spacious home sleeps up to 11 guests. Each room is equipped with a new 4K 2022 Samsung smart TV. Relax in our living room downstairs with a large 75’’ TV and a large comfortable sectional. The master bedroom includes a King Tempurpedic mattress, shower, and a tub, with a large walk-in closet. There is a queen bed in the upstairs retreat, and each additional room has two twin beds The upstairs bathroom has a double vanity and shower/ tub combo.

Enjoy our theater room with theater seating, popcorn machine, and large 138’’ theater screen and projector.
The game room includes a pop-shot basketball game for friendly competition, a pool table for our pool lovers, and a large connect four. And did we mention Xbox!, YES! this game room also has an Xbox series X with games and controllers to be played on a 75’’ TV

This home has a tankless water heater and a 2022 Culligan water softener and reverse osmosis system which produces additional filtered water. Air filters in the home are changed twice a month.

Enjoy a night on the back porch lit up with LED lights, a spacious backyard with fencing all around, and comfortable seating. There is a propane grill for those who love to BBQ.

This home also features an open space kitchen that includes a dishwasher, double oven, stove, Keurig coffee maker, cooking supplies, seasonings, and storage containers for your leftovers.

Laundry room stocked with all your needs: detergent pods, fabric softener, dryer sheets, bleach, and detergent powder.

WIFI has multiple ethernet jacks throughout the home and unlimited Wi-Fi.

Just because we love our guests, enjoy our gift to you; a wine bar for guests 21 and older, a fully stocked snack and juice bar, and a coffee bar.

We also have toys for our small guests that are cleaned and sanitized between stays.

During the holidays the home decorations will change ( Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). There will be a Christmas tree and exterior lights for Christmas

Mariah's home was PERFECT! It was truly the perfect place to host our family Thanksgiving (staycation). The home was welcoming from the 1st step inside - it smells SOOOOO GOOD!!!The snacks, wine (although we totally forgot about it) the bedrooms & home theatre were all great! It truly felt like home. Thank you again Mariah for creating such a welcoming space!

Host was communicative and the house was great but many of the items listed in the description were not available. There was only one hand soap in the the entire house, no laundry detergent pods, no dish washing pods, the towels were used and ripped, we were unable to use the movie theatre ( wires unplugged, batteries missing from remote).

Great Family Vacation

We recently visited some family over spring break and stayed in this amazing house. It was exactly what we needed for our weeks long stay! Plenty of bedrooms for the kids and grandparent that were a part of the group. The open floor plan was perfect for meal times and the upstairs game room and theatre were a hit! The hosts were responsive and even had some snacks and beverages stocked in the home upon our arrival. Can’t wait to stay here again the next time we are in town.

MILLION STAR review! I have traveled lots and stayed in quite a few VRBO listings. This one is by FAR the best one we have ever stayed at! The owners were on standby within SECONDS. No matter what time it was! My 71 year old mother couldnt get the tv to work in her room, and one of the owners came over at midnight just to get it to work! And they were SOOO kind and soooo lovely to work with! Before leaving this property we were already online looking at when we could book it again! We are definitely going ti be regulars at this place! Phenomenal, they stock you up with so much! My mother even found her new favorite wine out of one of them they provided! Only thing missing is a inground pool, BUT id still choose this house over a house with a pool ANYDAY! We loved this property and the owners! We truly apprecite it and thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Amazing stay - Ideal for families and large groups

This was an absolutely wonderful stay, perfect for a large group. We were a group of 2 families with adults, teenagers and younger children visiting relatives in the area. The house is clean, spotless and looks exactly like the photos provided. Mariah was an excellent host and incredibly responsive, kind and accommodating to our group's needs. The kids in our group loved the game room and theater room. The home came with starter snacks, drinks and basic toiletries which we appreciated. Location is convenient, close to food, grocery, and the freeway (a short 15-minute drive to Downtown Austin). We would absolutely stay here for a future trip and will recommend to all our friends and family.
