Early check-in is $35 dollars 1 hour before regular check-in. Any hour earlier will be an additional $10. Please let us know if you want to check in before so we can update our cleaning staff.

Late check-out is $35 dollars 1 hour after regular check-out. Any hour after is an additional $10.

Pet policy:

Pets ARE allowed depending on size. Please let us know before check-in and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. We add pet fees after the booking has been confirmed. it is a per-day pet fee.

- Pet fee has to be paid prior to checking in.
- Pet fee is non-refundable.

Pets are not allowed on ANY furniture. This includes the following:
-Sofa
-Bed
- Dining Room

If excessive hair due to shedding is found on the furniture, there will be an additional charge of $50. Any other kind of damage will be looked at carefully and assessed.

You might incur a pet fee for one night. We may need to add an extra pet fee, and you can find detailed information about the pet fees in the property description.

The following additional Pet Fee applies :

1-4 Nights: 30$ Per Day
5-29 Nights: 300$
30+ Nights: 400$

If Smoking evidence is found, such as tobacco or marijuana, or an odor you will be charged $300
