« Probably 10 Stays in and has never let us down! Depending on which side you stay on the bars could get a little loud at night on the weekends but nothing unbearable. Most residents and guest are always polite and helpful if you get lost finding your unit after check in. Will always use this as my go to in Austin. »

« Located in a super cool part of town, good restaurants and bars at a walking distance and downtown core at about 15 minutes walk. The studio itself is cute and cozy and the little kitchen is very practical if you are staying for a longer period. I was there for SXSW and I was very glad to be a little further from the action and in a trendier part of town »

"It was a great deal for the money! I am very disappointed as I checked one day earlier and tried so many times to reach EXPEDIA to get refund for the night ( approved by the hotel)I didn't spend there and couldn't do it through their virtual agent. Will not book through EXPEDIA anymore as I cannot reach their customer service. "
