Secure, clean, central apartment with 2-bedrooms. Located right in the heart of Auckland, yet super quiet, this apartment is perfect for a family looking to explore all Auckland has to offer. Very handy to public transport, the Skybus stops right outside! Access to shared facilities; communal lounge/games room with TV, kitchen, laundry. Onsite parking included. Situated in a unique, small-scale apt building on Queen St with a range of apt styles to suit everyone (see other listings)
This apartment is part of a unique space on Queen St, the apartments are grouped together and share a communal space which includes a large lounge and games area, kitchen and paid laundry facilities. This apartment has 2 bedrooms (one room has a queen bed and the other has two king single beds) and a small living area. A perfect spot to crash after a busy day sight seeing!
Guests have private access to their own apartment, plus shared access to the communal facilities.
Guests have total privacy, however our aim is to make sure you have the best stay possible. If there is anything you need during your stay please let us know by texting or emailing. We respond to requests from 8am to 8pm every day.
An upper Queen Street vantage point with everything the city has to offer spread out before you. A short downhill stroll brings you to Auckland’s entertainment heart with the Aotea Centre, cinemas, theatres and Art Gallery. Plus you’re right on the city’s premier shopping boulevard, boasting international fashion labels and more. Come for a show, shop for a bargain or chill out to K-road’s bohemian café vibe; you’re at the heart of Auckland’s cosmopolitan best!
Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, art galleries, music venues, parks, shopping. Easy access to public transport, there is a bus stop right outside the building, or walk down to Britomart for trains and the ferry terminal.
If you are travelling in a larger group, please let us know as we can book apartments next to each other.
The communal area is an addition to the fully equipped apartments. This includes an additional kitchen, large dining area, lounge, games area, laundry and TV. There is no TV in the individual apartments.
- Please keep noise to a minimum between 9pm and 8am
- If you set the smoke detector off in your apartment, do not open your door to the corridor. Open windows where possible, use the extractor fan or air conditioning. If you open the door to the corridor, the fire brigade will be called and you will have to pay a $1,500 fine.
- No parties allowed.
- This is a smoke free property.
- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
- If you are taking a property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- If you lose the key a replacement fee will be charged.
- For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry and in some cases a locksmith fee.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
