Everything you need is within walking distance from the apartment! Here are some suggestions for things to see and do on your visit to Auckland:

Sky Tower – The tallest structure in the Southern Hemisphere, offering 360-degree panoramic views of Auckland and beyond. You can dine at the revolving restaurant, Orbit 360, or if you're feeling adventurous, try the SkyWalk (a walk around the outer rim of the tower) or the SkyJump, a controlled freefall from 192 meters above the ground.

Viaduct Harbour – A vibrant waterfront area with a fantastic selection of restaurants, bars, and cafes. Getting Around:
The best way to get around Auckland is by driving or catching an Uber.

Other Things to Note:
Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: The keys are located in a lockbox at the front of the building. Full check-in instructions will be sent on the morning of your arrival date.

Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 2x tea/coffee, 3x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Interaction with Guests:
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
