The lodge was lovely and spotless The Manager was very nice and made sure we were happy He pointed out where the shops were And my husband and I were able to go for a walk and check them out Found a yummy fish n Chip shop 5 minute walk The streets were controlled by traffic lights Enjoyed our stay.

The Lodge communication after booking was good, told me exactly what I needed to do to get a transfer from the airport to the lodge, even at 1am (recommend using the payphone to call the free number, if you're not roaming). Pickup was easy and the team member was friendly and helpful. Drop off was also planned with them and got dropped off at my car rental place near the airport the next morning. The room was clean and tidy, and there was no ensuite bathroom - I didn't mind as I spent about 5 hours in the room - the communal showers and toilets were close to the room and also clean and well looked after. Perfect for what I needed

Maybe the worst night spent in a hotel in my entire life. We waited 20-25 minutes to get the check-in done because the receptionist was not here.. Too much screaming inside the bulding during the night The curtains are not black-out so the light was disturbing from 6am in the morning I don't recommand this place

I just needed a place to stay for a quick lay over and was very happy with the service and room. The rooms and lobby are newly renovated and have a nice lodge feel. Has all the basics.

I arrived in the middle of the night, I couldn't use my phone and the information centre closed, I was very worried but they picked me up at the airport and were very helpful. The driver was very kind.

It was a tidy little property. Was excellent for what we needed. Just to stay for a night before our early flight. The other people that stayed were loud late at night. That can't be helped sometimes.

Very close to the airport, the price is very affordable, and the owner is very helpful. There is something wrong with the faucet in the house，I hope it can be improved.

For the price this is excellant value. While basic it was very clean and tidy and the staff were courteous and helpful. If i need a motel close to the airport again this would be my choice. Only downside is lack of local food outlets.

The staff went above and beyond to help me when my taxi didn't arrive and also helped other customers as well with their problems in an exceptional way to. Very friendly and helspful staff. Made my stay so much easier! I would definitely stay again.

Beds were to short 1 had stain on sheet and duvet cover.shower in the onsuite room was blocked as drain hole fixture would boil up .so we used the main showers. Shower surround were filthy in onsuite and main larger right hand side shower had timber coming off walls . Not enough milk . So went out to local dairy to buy more. Needs a thorough clean in showers. I have worked in a motel before and was not impressed with cleaning .

Oh gosh, where do I start....the property seemed abandoned when we arrived for check in. It didn't seem like a real motel. Once someone eventually showed up to assist us, we were told the type of room we had booked was no longer available due to some issue, and were given a lesser room "at the same price" (thanks!). The room was very small, fitting just the bed and a cheap small table and stool set containing a kettle and some mugs for coffee and tea (no mini fridge or microwave). No air conditioning. No mirror anywhere in the room. Miniature sink for handwashing located outside the bathroom, in the main room - so small you could not brush your teeth without banging your head on the wall. Very poor security for the building - exterior doors left wide open 24/7. Room access was via a code which I suspect is not unique to each check in. Very tight entrance and exit to the property, which is also located on a very busy street. The only good thing I can say is the wi-fi worked well.
