« The staff were very nice and professional. No problems there. The hotel as a whole is a little run down. Exercise room leaves A LOT to be desired. Tread mill didn’t work and the elliptical trainer is about to fall apart — it’s in terrible shape. The room was adequate. Bathroom is very dark, hard to put makeup on. And no exhaust fan. The AC worked great. Love a cool room to sleep in. Bed was comfortable. »

« We booked a suite for a weekend. The room itself accommodated what we needed, the location was excellent but our toilet broke multiple times in the suite and was not flushing. At one point staff advised me not to use the toilet and go to the first floor for all bathroom needs. Luckily we were able to get it fixed 2 times but, would hope management would put in a work order. »

« The hotel was warm, no a/c in the hallways and it had a musty smell. They have events in their ballrooms which were too loud you could hear on the second floor. They changed my sheets but not the towels, had to ask for new towels. The front desk staff were very nice. The a/c in room was loud. Only one double hook to hang towels and rags. The staff and maintenance were talking loud and cursing in the hallways while working. With some training and small changes this could actually be a great...
