Grosse deception
L'hotel ne benefice d'aucun acces direct car le seul acces pour decharger les bagages est interdit à la circulation par la police locale. Il fault donc aller au parking public 25€ la nuit ou l'on vous oblige a decharger tous les bagages avant de rentrer dans le parking, vous vous retrouvez donc avec vos bagages à 800m de l'hotel avec pour seule possibilté de traverser un tunnel très dangereux pour rejoindre l'hotel. Totalement insuportable pour un 4 etoiles ! La literie est dure comme du bois et le petit dejeuner très moyen.

Dear Sir, thank you for your review. First of all we wish to remind you that soon after all reservations we email our Guest a pre -stay with all the informations on how to reach our Hotel. Following Your review it seems you never take care of this message where we give you two parking options at same price. You decide on your own to park the car into the public parking called Luna Rossa only 300 metres far from the Hotel ( not 800 metres). If you should read our message we suggest to first drive to the Marina (where we are) in Atrani (at this time our free luggage service come to carry your luggage to the Hotel) and then you go to park your car. Normally guest reviews are very welcome to improve our services but in that case you are complaining the lansdcape of Amalfi coast. For any future reservation we suggest you to better read the charateristic of each Hotel. Thank you again for your stay with us. Best regards

wifi catastrophique
je me doute que le wifi n'est pas la préoccupation des personnes en vacances dans ce genre d'endroit, mais pour ma part, je faisais un road trip et je réservais mes nuits d'hôtel au jour le jour, je comptais donc sur l'Internet. or, suite à une coupure d'électricité générale (chose courante à Amalfi visiblement) le wifi s'est mis à ne plus fonctionner d'un seul coup pour tous les utilisateurs de mac. le personnel a été sympa en essayant de m'aider mais complètement incompétent pour ce type de problème. on m'a même dit que le wifi ne marchait pas bien à cause de la météo... ça m'a fait sourire. bref ce souci n'a jamais été résolu, ils ont quand même mit un pc en italien à ma disposition pour que je réserve ma nuit suivante. leur système d'accès au wifi à l'air très particulier en tout cas... pour les gens qui voyagent seuls, il faut savoir que les prix annoncés pour certains services tels que le spa ou autres sont pour 2 personnes, il faut donc doubler le prix si vous n'êtes pas accompagné. autrement les chambres sont très belles mais l'hôtel est très difficile à trouver, je recommande de demander votre chemin plutôt que de tourner en rond dans le labyrinthe de ruelles avec vos valises.

personnel très chaleureux
Hôtel très charmant, les chambres sont très confortables et modernes, avec sur mer pour la plupart. Le solarium au 6 ème étage est très agréable et la vue est magnifique. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet très correct, on y trouve de tout (fruits, gâteaux, céréales, pain, jambon, fromage...) Les mini donuts sont excellents !! Le spa est magnifique mais accessible seulement par privatisation complète d'1h pour un prix de 30 € par personne... Nous avons trouver cela très cher et dommage ne pas y avoir accès librement en tant que client de l'hôtel... Des massages et des soins esthétiques sont proposés également. C'est vrai qu'il y a pas mal de marche pour accéder à l'hôtel mais cela n'est pas dérangeant car nous traversons des ruelles, des habitations, on s'y fait vite et puis c'est ça la côte Amalfitaine ;-) de plus qu'il y a du personnel pour monter et descendre les bagages.

Hotel adorable dans village trop mignon
Il faut aimer les marches pour se déplacer dans le secteur, mais tout est tellement joli et pittoresque... L'hotel est parfait, la vue mer est incroyable avec une église magnifique dominant la baie. Bien situé car dans le village d'Atrani, plus petit, cosy, et moins cher qu'Amalfi qui est juste à côté, à 10mn de marche. Point de départ parfait pour explorer la région en bateau, voire en bus (voiture à bannir l'été). Top!

Dommage qu'un chien aboie en permanence .
Difficulté pour trouver l hôtel. Pas d'indications précises. l'aboiement permanent d'un chien le soir est une nuisance. La qualité de l'accueil est un peu juste compte tenu du niveau de l hôtel. Mise à part ces points d'améliorations nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Not really a 4 stars hotel
We love the roof!! Nice view! BUT, The WIFi is terrible, only can use at the roof or 1st, 2nd floor. The breakfast was really basic and poor, don´t even seem like 4 stars hotel... The stairs to reach the hotel ........it´s really really tiring, totally not for disabled or pregnant people. Parking..... you have to use the public parking, cost 20€/ day. It´s not possible to park around. If we can choose again, we will choose to stay in Sorrento...

Great experience!
Hotel is clean and well maintained, located in Atrani, just 5mn walk from Amalfi (there is a tunnel joining the 2 towns, or stairway up on the hill for the braver ones!) allowed us to avoid the herd of tourists flowing into Amalfi when a Cruise Ship stopped by... 2 of the best restaurants of the cost are in Atrani too, the "Arcades" on the beach, and the other one at the end of the town (got to go there for their Antipasti).

Calme et luxueux.
Cet hôtel est incroyable. Sa situation géographique à 5 minutes à pied du centre d'Amalfi permet d'échapper au tumulte de cette ville très touristique tout en étant proche des animations de la cote amalfitaine. L'hôtel est en très bon état, le personnel est plus qu'agréable et le service y est aimable (ce qui en Italie du Sud est un vrai luxe). Pour ceux qui peuvent se l'offrir le palazzo est l'hôtel idéal pour vos vacances. Il ne manque plus que la piscine pour faire de cet hôtel la perfection.

Property advertises valet parking however this is not available, no parking in the area unless you have a local permit. There is only one parking garage nearby that was completely full so we spent over 2 hours trying to find overnight parking. Additionally that request that you hand in your key any time you leave the hotel which we found was strange. Other than that the hotel was nice and in a convenient location. The few restaurants that were in Atrani were great.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was excellent with amazing views of the ocean and Atrani. Its location is great for getting to Amalfi and is quiet so you can get a good nights sleep away from the busy centre of Amalfi. The team at Palazzo Ferraioli are fantastic and so helpful and warm. The breakfast was very good as was the coffee and service. Some people have posted negative reviews for accessibility which I can understand but everything is documented in the listing. The hotel is located within a medieval city so lots of steps to climb! We would definitely stay again as 1 week is not enough to explore all that Campania has to offer. Thanks again for an unforgettable week.

Highly recommend, large room with amazing views
I loved my stay. The view from my room was spectacular. The room was very spacious and comfortable and I love that each room has its own unique twist. The location is great, it’s so much more peaceful than Amalfi, not dealing with the huge crowds and it’s only a 10 minute walk to Amalfi (use the pedestrian cave) when you do want to visit. Great restaurants and a nice beach! What really stood out was the service here. Carlo was perfect and so so helpful with my large luggage upon arrival and departure. He went above and beyond.

Excellent Full Service Hotel
This was a lovely hotel with surprisingly robust amenities for a tiny town (spa, etc.) The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the view from our room was gorgeous. The service was above and beyond, especially Carmela and Carlo. We felt welcome and well cared for and would certainly stay again.

Et opphold her er absolutt å anbefale. Fantastisk takterrasse, nydelig frokost og veldig hyggelige ansatte. Atrani er mye roligere enn Amalfi, men like flott, og bare 10 minutters gange mellom dem.

Carlo was my super hero. He carried our bags up allwyways with steep steps to the hotel. Then was there, with a smile, to help with any issues we had. He is the best. Excellent hotel.

Great Option if Visiting the Amalfi Coast
Palazzo Ferraioli Hotel provided a memorable experience for my wife and I celebrating our anniversary. It is a slight challenge to locate, but the locals in Atrani are very helpful and guided us to the appropriate alley way. If you contact the hotel upon arrival, they will assist you with your luggage up the stairs and to your room, which at that point you will not get lost trying to locate the hotel. My cellphone was not operable so we took our luggage up the stairs ourselves, which was a bit of a challenge....there are to say a few steps you must climb to reach the hotel reception. The room we stayed in was 503, and the view was amazing. The room is very spacious and they provide you with plenty of towels, robes, slippers, bath products. Our only slight displeasure was the air conditioner in the room only works when the key is inserted into the room slot and the windows are closed. Since we visited in hot August, the room upon entry from a day of walking around Atrani, Amalfi, Positano was very hot and stuffy, but after about 30 minutes was comfortable. Staff here at the hotel made for a very intimate and welcoming setting. I cannot say enough about Carlo. He works what seems everywhere in Atrani. Everything we asked for, Carlo delivered with a great attitude and made us felt welcome. The result was one of my most memorable vacations I have ever had. The breakfast buffet was decent. We did eat on the roof one night and the meal and drinks were wonderful.

For those seeking an Amalfi Coast stay as well as cost-cutting and quiet, Atrani in general and the Palazzo Ferraioli is a sweet and satisfying find. Yes--there are those 80 plus stone stairs to the first floor--but where on the Amalfi Coast do you not have to climb up and up enjoy its riches and scenic gifts? Lovely complimentary breakfast. Carlos is the smiling, funny, and ever helpful strongman to get luggage up and down those stairs.

Loved this place! If you want to go to the Amalfi coast stay in Atrani it is waaaaaay less populated and the town of Amalfi is just around the corner (maximum 10 minute walk!!) Hotel Palazzo was amazing the staff was very friendly, the masseuse & the roof top server were especially excellent. There is a lot of stairs to get to it but they will meet you at the bottom & carry your bags for you. They have a spa and rooftop jacuzzis as an extra bonus! The view from the big open windows is also a must see!

The rooftop views are incredible absolutely stunning . The staff very quickly gets to know you. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel was delicious Le Palme .

Just came back from our 20 year anniversary Eurotrip and our last stop was the Amalfi Coast for 4 days! Looked over multiple hotels and decided to stay here in Palazzo Ferraioli because of the amazing pictures and service reviews, and it did not disappoint at all. First, let me say that yes, there are stairs as everywhere in here, and it is part of the experience and charm of the Amalfi Coast, but what really stands out in this hotel is the service! Vincenzo, Daniela and Carlo and such a great group of people, always with a smile on their faces and ready to make your stay as great as it can be! First day we came tired from France, and just booked what I considered “the best massage I’ve ever had”. This is not your typical “Fancy Spa massage”, but a real massage from Daniela, that will wake up your senses and leave you ready for your whole vacation, just Amazing! Then Vincenzo at the reception, the guy is always happy, smiling and ready to tell you where to go, your best options for transportation, what makes sense and not, where to eat to avoid “tourist traps” etc, he was so helpful and attentive all the trip. And then you have Carlo, guy is just a “character”, typical Italian dude with a smile and such a customer oriented attitude that you just can’t keep quiet around him. In summary, beautiful hotel, amazing views from room and Solarium, superb customer service. Thank you Vincenzo, Daniela, Carlo and Antonella for such a wonderful attention during our 20th Anniversary!
