This property allows you to leave your pets unattended in the room. My room was directly below the room that had a dog barking and whining for hours at a time. I went upstairs and knocked on the door of where I could clearly hear the dog barking no one answered, I then went and brought complaint to the managers and staffs attention. They literally told me that it’s not that they don’t believe me. I immediately stopped them with that statement and asked have you gone up there and checked and seen that somebody has literally placed a wolf/bark dog barking sign on the door . And they told me no. So I asked them how they could even make the statement as to they don’t believe me. I told them at that point that I would like to move my last night to a different motel. They promptly upgraded me to a different floor and a suite because the owner of the property would not reimburse me for my last nights stay. Being that I was there for work, I took the room furthest away from the dogs, barking and moved forward.

Direct TV had no local stations and no weather channel. Had to wait for staff to come inside from talking and smoking to check out.

There were a couple of things that went wrong during my stay. The cleaning woman, Stacy, did not do a good cleaning. After being out all day, I arrived to my room to see that my floor was not vacuumed and bathroom item still dirty. The front desk person came to my room, looked, gave me a vacuum, and told me that he would notify management. The vacuum was disgusting. Needless to say I had to vacuum my own room. It was full of dirt, hair, and dust. There was a hole the size of a tennis ball in the shower underneath the shower head. I had to stuff a washcloth in the hole to ensure no one was watching me shower. The walls are super thin. I could hear people talking and having sex. I couldn’t have quiet time with my toddler. The tv had to be turned on to muffle the bed rocking and woman moaning. SMH… Other than that, the hotel is nice and the surrounding area is as well.

Check in fast and easy. Hotel snd grounds spotless. Room was spacious with comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was good and well stocked.

My only complaint was the breakfast was lacking, the food was barely warm only eggs, sausage and biscuits, no milk for cereal and the person serving wasn’t friendly at all

At first look the hotel is located in a not very well lit location it’s pretty dark at night. The mini fridge had food left over from the last person who stayed there. The blankets and towels had hair from the person who stayed there before us. Totally not a good experience or look on the hotel.

Exactly what I needed
It was a good trip. Our room smelled musty and the noise of other guests was loud. Nothing too loud, normal living, just a little distracting. Otherwise it was a great stay. I would stay there again for sure. Shower temp in our room was not very hot either. Again, all things that were easily overlooked. The beds were 10/10 the best most comfortable!!!!!

Great hotel. Awesome breakfast.
Check in was super easy. The type of room we reserved was not available. The hotel staff gave us an upgrade with no worries. The room was clean and well appointed. The lamps have USB ports for charging devices. Nice large TV with nice channel selection. The included breakfast was tasty. The bar included sausage, eggs, biscuits, waffles, cereals, etc ... Would definitely recommend.
