L'ENDROIT PARFAIT POUR LA FAMILLE, LES AMIS, LES RÉUNIONS ET LES RASSEMBLEMENTS D'AFFAIRES !!!

7 chambres, maison Ă  quelques pas de la plage, entiĂšrement refaites toutes les nouvelles fenĂȘtres, chauffage, climatisation, plancher toutes les nouvelles portes de la salle de bain, Ă©clairage, meubles et appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers, cuisine et bien plus encore.
Nous avons une télévision à écran plat de 70 pouces au-dessus de la cheminée ainsi que de nombreux siÚges pour tout le monde, de nombreux canapés, y compris des tabourets de bar dans la cuisine pour le petit déjeuner et une télévision à écran plat dans la cuisine afin que vous puissiez profiter de votre petit-déjeuner, déjeuner et dßner avec vos émissions préférées, et ne manquez jamais un battement. Le premier étage est un plan d'étage ouvert trÚs spacieux qui coule dans toute la maison, toutes les chambres sont isolées les unes des autres, beaucoup de place car vous ne vous sentirez jamais les unes sur les autres.
Nous avons d'autres maisons dans la région. L'un est le numéro 1076859 qui est à 3 pùtés de maisons. Toujours sur le bloc de la plage, à 250 pieds de la plage, nous avons 2 autres maisons sur la baie avec une vue magnifique. Le 1er est 885378 qui a une vue imprenable et une vue sur le coucher de soleil comme aucune autre propriété autour !!! De plus, nous avons une deuxiÚme propriété dont le numéro d'identification est le 885376, qui s'appelle Bay Dream, une belle maison.

Just fine

The house is ok but the pool filter wasn’t working for a full day of our stay and the owner didn’t respond for over 12 hours (he told us he would be somewhere with spotty signal and then didn’t answer from 9 AM to 10 PM). Didn’t apologize, said it might have turned off automatically if it got wet (how does a pool filter not get wet if it’s under a deck holding a pool?), but no apologies or discount for the big inconvenience. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Excellent large group property

The owner was pleasant and communicated often to be sure check in would be fine and to make sure the stay was going well. The house was huge and easily accommodated our whole group ( basketball team and parents ) it was clean and up to date and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay the pool was clean and refreshing being close to the beach allowed nice early morning runs/walks and easy afternoon beach trip The huge table allowed for enjoyable group meals together the beds and linens were clean soft and comfortable with plenty of sleeping space for our large group. We would definitely stay here again thanks for a great experience

Wonderful Place

We spent a family vacation here with 5 adults and 4 children just after the 4th of July. It was exactly as described in the listing. Very spacious and nicely furnished. The children loved the plunge pool off the deck where we spent much of our time while at the house. Communication with Martin was excellent. Any small issues and questions were resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We would highly recommend the house for large groups who are looking for convenient access to the beach and the Atlantic City boardwalk.

Terrific Home

This house was incredible! Remodeled and spacious with fantastic amenities. The new saltwater pool and deck area were a tremendous hit with the family and used every day! We definitely plan on staying again when we come back to the area. I highly recommend this property!

Birthday Celebration

Came to town for a brief stay to celebrate my friends birthday. The property is magnificent and close to everything one could possibly need. The house is clean, tastefully remodeled, and extremely safe. The owner is kind and respectful. I will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home for a great family vacation

Oversized downstairs kitchen area, dining room and 2 living rooms for everyone to share. The outside, private shower and deck pool were used after each beach visit. Our host, Martin, was in touch with us every day to make sure we were happy.

A Perfect Family Get-away

We celebrated my mom’s birthday and 4th of July in this home and we were thrilled in every way. Just steps from the beach & boardwalk, the house offers everything you need for a beautiful stay at the shore. We loved the deck pool for late night swims and found the kitchen to be very easy to prepare meals for all 16 of us. Bedrooms were all very well appointed as well. Martin, the property manager, was a dream. Very communicative and helpful in every way. Highly recommend.

Great Family Reunion Destination

Our family of 17 people had a great time in the house. There were plenty of bedrooms upstairs and multiple rooms on the first level for all our gathering events. The kitchen was perfect with everything we needed, and plenty of places to sit. The walk to the beach was half a block away, and the water was wonderful. Many of us started our day with coffee brought to the tables on the front porch. This vacation was perfect for everything we needed, and then some. Martin made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we were having a great time. It would be a wonderful place to visit again.

Lifetime Movie

This was not a good experience at all. The manager told me days before that they have a heated pool. It is also advertised on the Vrbo site. The pool was not filled, no ladder present to get in 5-6 foot round "tub". The pool had to be repaired because the liner had a hole in it. The property had various men on and off the property. We were a group of women on a church retreat. Men were in the basement, mechanic, plumber, painter was there all three days while we were there. Even painting outside in the rain, that seemed suspect. Another guy he said they call him, "Rabbi" dropped by using the driveway to visit the painter. We felt totally unsafe with men on and off the property. We received towels and no wash cloths. I had to go buy wash cloths for all 16 of us. There were various locked doors inside the house, one had a wire running from the locked door into a vent that was by the bed. Holes were in the walls. There was ants in one of the beds and dead flies in that room. There were stains on the mattress cover. The manager apologized for some of the things, but did not seem to offer any compensation for the bad experience. False advertisement. It smelled like porta potty by the third day, coming from the vents and basement. He said one of us put a glove in the toilet. No one had any gloves. His word against ours... apologies is not enough to help us feel safe. The basement door was left open when we were away from the house by one of the workers.

Great family place

We stayed here with family/friends, it was great. Very close to the beach, some walkable restaurants, pizza, and deli/market. Beach is not crowded. House is very comfortable nicely furnished, good beds/mattresses all very nicely kept. The house has great space for families to share and have some private and together space. We really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic house and location

We had a family get together to celebrate 50 years of marriage. The house is big and easily accommodated 15 of us (ranging in age from 3-yrs to 72-yrs) with ample room for privacy. Very clean - everything worked perfectly. Easy and short walk to beach and boardwalk. Beach is wonderful (reminded me of LI Hamptons); not crowded, clean and with lifeguards. Bikes provided for cruising boardwalk. Kids loved the deck pool, especially after coming home from the beach. Pool was clean and easy to access from kitchen. Host (Martin) made sure everything was good - provided parking passes for extra vehicle. Highly recommend this property - good times!

Great NJ Shore House

We booked this house to celebrate three 50th birthdays. We were a group of 16 close friends. The house was perfect. It has a roomy first floor with a well stocked and functioning kitchen and grill. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, and the house was clean and in good condition. The only drawback was the small size of the pool. But, that didn’t matter because we spent our days on the beautiful beach which was less than a block away. The house manager, Martin, was terrific. Actually, he was the best house manager I’ve ever dealt with. He’s very accessible, informative, helpful, and nice. This property is an ideal getaway for a large group or two families.

Perfect local for our family reunion

It was the perfect house for our family reunion. The large dining table was perfect for games. Cozy nooks and two outdoor seating areas were perfect for relaxing after a fun day at the beautiful beach and boardwalk, all within walking distance!
