Our brand new costal villa offers the perfect location & home for multiple families & small groups, providing an unparalleled blend of comfort, convenience, & style.

At this villa we offer an elevator, heated pool & hot tub. Please note that the pool and hot tub are available from April to October.

We provide all the linens, towels, & pool towels you'll need. As well as beach chairs, beach tags, & a beach cooler.

*25 years or older to rent.
*No bachelor/bachelorette parties, weddings, or senior week.
*Quiet hours from 9pm-8am
*We have 3 security cameras located on the exterior of the property. One is on the first floor porch by the front door and is on the doorbell. The second is above our garage monitoring the driveway. The third is outback monitoring the entire backyard. The cameras are running 24/7.
* 25 years old or older to sign agreement
* No bachelor/bachelorette parties, senior week or after prom parties, or wedding.

We had an incredible stay at this Brigatine Costal Villa house. The house was absolutely amazingā€”huge, clean, and perfect for our family gathering. Everything felt fresh and new, and the living room and kitchen were super spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed. It really felt like a home away from home.The location couldnā€™t have been better. There were tons of great restaurants within walking distance, and the beach was just steps awayā€”such a treat! Marissa was a fantastic hostā€”very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She quickly answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable.Weā€™re already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!

We stayed May 2024. The house is basically brand new and a gorgeous build. Itā€™s not beachfront, and doesnā€™t offer much in terms of views, but its price friendly accordingly and itā€™s easy proximity to a couple convenient spots in town came in handy (particularly the British deli that did some great egg sandos). I wouldnā€™t hesitate to recommend this property in the future. Melissa the owner- was very professional and a good communicator. We had some trouble with the hot tub, so be sure to sort out the how to with the owner ahead of arrival- itā€™s not particularly intuitive. Great stay.

Was the perfect house for a multi-gen family trip to Brig for the holidays. The house was spacious so everyone was able to have their own space as needed during the week. House was super clean and modern and had everything we needed to cook and grill. Marissa was super responsive and helpful as needed.Would highly recommend.

Exactly as described in listing. Kitchen, dining, and sitting area worked for 4 families with small children. Plenty of room. Pool & hot tub were great for family. Property in perfect location, short walking distance to beach, shops, and food. Brigantine very nice beach town.

The house was really wondeful!! Clean. All new and beds were very comfortable, all around. Modern bathrooms. Elevator worked well and was very helpful in getting our stuff upstairs to the kitchen and when packing and departing. Pool is clean, a little small, but ample for our stay. The Spa, though, was excellent! Very nice, and connected to the pool. The TV's ,couches and pillows are all nice. Sheets were on the bed, a nicity! There were ample amount of plush towels for all of us. Beach chairs and a wagon to move stuff were in the garage, all in good shape. Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay.:).

This house is fantastic! Six bedrooms and four bathrooms, all really nice. Spacious common area with modern kitchen, big island, wonderful long dining table that sits 12, comfortable living area - all open to each other. Kids of all ages loved game room with fussball and Pac-Man. Very nice pool. Entire house in excellent condition and very well set up for family fun. A block from the beach. Walk to restaurants. Helpful host. Very easy to enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay in this home September 2023. The amenities were great. The best beds of any rental I have stayed in. It is a great perk to have linens included. The pool and hot tub were great. Location is so convenient to shops and restaurants. The owners were attentive. Overall A+

The elevator broke down twice. We had an individual with Parkinsonā€™s who had to walk up three stories the first day the second time we waited for hours for a repair person and decided not to even try to go down to the pool. We were all wary of taking the elevator after these experiences. It was finally fixed Friday the day before we left. We were accused of damage to a shower wall which had water damage due to improper shower door installation.Mold had already grown on the wall, which of course didnā€™t happen during our one week stay! It was unfortunate but these things were enough to leave us with bad memories of our week in Brigantine.

This house was true to it's description and pictures. The common area was spacious and the kitchen well stocked with dishes, etc. Communication with the owners was easy and quick over the few questions we had during our 10 day stay. The elevator was invaluable! Don't ever rent a house where the kitchen is on the third floor without one. We had also never been to Brigantine and very much liked it's simplicity. We would definitely return to this property.

Our family had a great time for our stay. The house was very clean and well stocked. We had enough space for everyone to eat meals and watch movies together- not always the case at rentals. We had some pool/hot tub heating issues that I contacted the property owner about and she responded in a timely fashion to help us resolve. We would stay again!

My experience at this house was nothing but greatness. Lots of room for a family or two. The house was clean with up to date appliances. Huge kitchen area. Also the host was wonderful with everything, communication whatever you needed she was on call willing to help. Definitely gonna book again here. Thank you
