« The property and building really created the value for the stay. But as far as the owners maintenance I would say was lack luster. Hair strands on the bed, fecal stains on the toilet seat, dirty dishes, no soap holder in the shower. All of these things that made me question the sanitation and comfort of my stay. The building and architecture of the room wad lovely. Owner pulled it down. »

« I called ahead of time and specifically booked the room especially for the indoor amenities and the pool was closed, maintenance never followed up with me or reopened the pool and my kids were upset. Breakfast was cold and we waited 45 minutes for items to be refilled and there were no clean tables to sit at. The wall was thin and I heard my neighbors all night. I haven’t encountered a problem like this at other Hilton’s as a honors member before. »

« Bon hotel dans l’ensemble, literie très confortable et chambre spacieuse Cependant une légère odeur dans la chambre un mélange de tabac froid à odeur ancienne. Meubles assez vieux, vitre du balcon pas très propre. Bien situé, à 15min à pied environ du métro. »
