For sure it was made clear in the listing, but people don’t read. Nevertheless, you chose cheap and cheap is what you got. You also have the option to cancel when you arrived. I just wish people would read more before coming to complain.

The initial problem I observed with this guest was his excessive attempts to establish a personal connection during the concierge service I provided. Despite lacking funds and relying on a "take now-pay later" approach, we showed tolerance and even upgraded his accommodation, despite him opting for the cheapest option available. However, the most significant challenge he posed was his constant need for attention. In my opinion, when you are of an advanced age and traveling, it is essential to 1) have your finances in order and 2) be comfortable with solitude. I am not here to be your friend, nor am I interested in any form of relationship with you. Consequently, I can comprehend why you would fabricate a negative review such as this. Strive for improvement. Furthermore, to all the individuals perusing his review, I urge you to explore the numerous other positive reviews. While there may be a small number of peculiar reviews, this happens to be one of them. Wishing you all the best.

It's unfortunate that we have to deal with toxic circumstances in this business, but we're ready for whatever. This one was happy enough with the experience (our luxury trailer) that he paid for the space, knowing it was a clean, quiet communal space/one that he could afford. Then he wanted his money back/changed his mind. No problem. But here's the public announcement, you get what you pay for in life. Maybe thats the answer. #tryHiltonnexttime

Never fails. They sought out the cheapest option on the market. We accommodated thsm with clean hospitality, around the clock fireplace, AC and Wi-Fi, and we give all-smiles/no judgements when they’re here… more accommodations then they’ve ever known in this lifetime; even fed them and that was so good they saved the rest for take-out…then they become ungrateful when they hafts go back to living in their car. I don’t get it. If you are ungrateful, please don’t book with us! On the other hand, If you appreciate the best that money can buy, book a room at one of our properties! Savour our delicious meals, and bask in the affordable environment that has been rated at 8.1! (Out of 10)

Unfortunately when you create affordable space for people, you will wind up getting the bottom of the barrel customers. We try our best to weed out these folks because they are an embarrassment to progress and growth. Especially this one here. He (or she) I can’t tell which, is right read other reviews and you will easily see there are great travelers who are worthy and respectful, and then there are, well, the “others”. And while everyone deserves a shot in life for a comfortable, peaceful, clean stay (all that we give on a daily basis) there are others we’d rather not host. So petty Betty stay away. Because we WILL tell you about yourself with no shame. It’s what we do. Keep it real. Real clean, real peaceful, which is why we’re real successful. #unphazed

Economical, as in the cheapest you could afford. I suggest you don’t cry about economical if you can only afford economical. Get your money right and you’ll get better. Don’t blame us for affording you space.. #lifelesson
