Hôtel intéressant parce que bien équipé. Nous avons eu un problème avec le système électronique de la porte de la suite mais le personnel a été très avenant et le problème a été réglé avec diligence. Le seul véritable problème est le manque d’insonorisation des suites. Si vos voisins sont des couche-tard, vous ne dormirez pas beaucoup…

This location was horrible. The front desk staff was great. Room stinks, linen had cigarette burns, and rips and tears. Garbage overflow outside. Outside furniture was dirty and rips and tears. There is no way they should charge what they do for list quality stay. It was totally unsatisfactory .

The biggest issue with this hotel was the staff. Every time I went to the front desk, none of the staff members were there to attend to guests at the front desk because they had stepped out to smoke marijuana. Completely unprofessional and inexplicable. All other members of the staff were also rude at every point of contact. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Unsafe parking lot. No linens. Breakfast hrs chged to 2hrs only.No one at front desk to help or willing to help. Prejudice. Do not question your bill, when room will be cleaned, if you can get room supplies, due to room not cleaned for 2weeks. Unless you want to deal with staff wanting to agrue, raise voice, even yell at you. If you dare try talking to them like normal people, they will continue speaking over you, regardless what you're trying to ask of them. Do not write negative review about hotel or you'll be a target for revenge during your stay. Even told to leave. Stay anywhere but Sonesta Windward Pkwy Alpharetta, GA.

Was called Homeless B and screamed at by sonesta @ windward Pkwy hotel staff member. I was mistreated by all 3 front desk females. Only reason was due to a review i wrote stating an employee had bad attitude and needed to not be in customer service.

Sonesta emoyees were racist, disrespectful all due to their screw up in two rooms i rented. Plus i wrote previous review stating staff needed to be in another line of work. I was called "HOMELESS B" when i ask for explanation of room mix up. Paid for a family to have room for 2nts on coldest night so child wouldn't be sleeping in vehicle. Due to staff mistake family were not allowed to stay in paid room. I was unaware till next day. I still haven't rec'd explanation or money refund. No apology, just called 5x's"HOMELESS B" and screamed at, even removed from property. Sonesta emoyees classify guest as HOMELESS B"s . I'm 65yrs young and white. DO NOT DARE WRITE REVIEW UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LABELED AS TROUBLE MAKER AND HOMELESS B BY 3 FEMALES SONESTA EMPLOYEES

It was a decent stay. The room was nice and comfortable but did have a weird smell. There were no sheets or pillows for the sofa bed and instead of bringing it to you they made me come get it in the rain. The breakfast was not worth waking up early for. Other than all of that is was comfortable.

This Sonesta was very clean and in a great location. A lot of food and shopping in this location. I will be staying there again.

Wasn't impressed!
I was sick by the time of check-in. So therefore, my "thorough room inspection" wasn't up to par like normal. But by the end of my stay, I realized a lot! My bedspread hadn't been changed prior to my visit. There was a small BLOOD splatter on my bedspread, and the sheet beneath. I didn't have a wound, so I know it wasn't me! The room and hallways smelled of mold. When I was being discharged, the attendant at the front desk stated he couldn't give me a receipt. I told him I literally just left a Sonesta Suites a couple of days prior, and paid the same way. They provided me with a receipt. He said "well they shouldn't have". Then once I'm at my car, he comes out and says he could give me one. When I go back in, he says he "emailed it to me". Why not just print it out?!? Anyway, I check my email, the receipt was blank. I go back in, and he said " I sent it without any info". So then he proceeds to print out the copy, and email it to me. He was a decent guy, but all of that could have been avoided. It was a horrible stay! I will not be back.

The WiFi was not working for the entire stay. The room was a non smoking room but in the side of the bed was ashes and cigarettes butts. The room had a pet smell and the bathtub had rust in it and slow drainage.

I had a great experience with my stay , the only thing that needed to be mentioned in the description is the $100 they hold on your card once you check in & the $6 dollar parking a night but that doesn’t make sense because I wasn’t giving any parking pass so that’s was very weird no none even came to check. Overall it was fine.

Me and my wife booked the room because it’s nice we was running late so we checked in around 12am we only had one face tower so we had to make do the works have to pay attention to things like that.

Just a weekend
The room was nice but the screen to go on the balcony couldn’t be opened easily. The staff was wonderful. Need to get some king-size beds. The queen felt like a full. Overall a decent trip, but could be a great trip with some improvements.
