This property has not been kept up, they charge an extremely high deposit for incidentals. The furniture in the room was worn and scratch the bedding spotted I had to change rooms they had no problem do that for me. The hotel is around a lot of stores and restaurants but they stay wasn't bad it was a lot of noise they provided a breakfast and parking was free I give it a 5/10

It felt very unsafe. People were heckling patrons in the parking lot. Ended up not going for dinner, just stayed in the room. Pool was closed, (not advertised), waffle iron broken, smoke alarm kept beeping, and loud shouting from the room next door….won’t be going back. On the plus side, it was clean.

You get what you pay for. It could be cleaner, I found a ball of grey hairs behind my mattress. The hotel food consisted of oranges and waffle mix where you make your own waffle. There are many stores that are easy accessible around the area. The building needs a new renovation but like I said you get what you paid for

Just go somewhere else.
TV want working, person working front desk was of no help . The gentlemen was rude and refused to accommodate in any way. Loud guests with police cars outside all night. Nice place just run by rude people and located in a bad area. As much as it cost to stay here you could find somewhere with better service / better area.

I was very surprised by how bad this hotel was. It is supposed to be a nonsmoking facility but smelled of cigarettes and pot in the halls and elevators. The rooms were dirty and the service was horrible. I would not recommend this place at all.

Breakfast there are waffles eggs sausage toast muffins coffee orange juice bagels egg McMuffin yogurt cereal & mini donuts. Jacuzzi & pool needs to be cleaned. Jacuzzi takes 30mins to get hot. Avg clean rooms. Overall not bad for a low budget hotel 😊 black housekeeping man was very rude but other staff were nice.This hotel is close to all the restaurants and 1 hr away from shoppes at Atlanta outlet. Nice experience overall .

Place had smahed dead cockroaches on wall. Took pictures as proof. Live cockroaches in pool area. Didnt take pictures. Them guys as fast. Was supposed to have shuttle to airport. They woke up a guy that isnt even on payroll to take us. Then they took the $10 tip i left the day for the driver(put it on card,had no cash). Told driver i put it on card. He said owners are slave masters. Said paid under table, said they lived there and havent been paid in weeks. They stuck there because no money. Their words were they were a 2023 slave. I cash app the driver the $10, i felt bad. Then after i arrived home. The shuttle driver called me. He asked owner about previous 10 i had given. The owner had driver call me and ask me about it. When i said i left it woth Raj. Raj got on phone and cussed me and told me he was taking my security deposit. Do not stay here. Nasty, the whole works there. They can be seen walking at all hours in pajamas. Very unprofessional.

The "hot breakfast" consistent of sausage swiming in grease and an empty tray of eggs. When alerting the front desk that the eggs were out, their response was, "there are no more" This was one hour before breakfast was supposed to be over. I booked this hotel speficially because it advertised a hot breakfast. The bathroom fixtures were all rusted

Stay away from this place. This hotel is not dirty, it is filthy. Tile floors were so sticky that had to use force to get shoes off them and the carpet was filthy. The front desk staff didn't understand English and I had to wait 45 minutes because he didn't understand that I needed a shuttle from the airport, not to the airport. The airport shuttle driver was the only person in this hotel that did his job well. I travel a lot and spend dozens of nights per year in hotels, this is the worst hotel I have ever been to.

We got a great rate on this room for our family of 3. The room was not the cleanest. Hair on the bathroom wall. The shower head was rusted and the coat rack was broken. Staff was friendly. Also the pool area was not well kept. The spa had dirt in the bottom and the walls had scum around the edges. Has potential to be a decent hotel but could use a good stubbing.
