Holes in the bed sheets puddle water on the floor i was woke up from my sleep i work late night at 9 am from one of the workers saying they need to fix the ac which was working perfectly fine and my check out time was at 11 they came back at 1058 knocking again never again worst experience ever

Soon as the door opened to the room it was a roach. The whole place just was stinking. People were actually living there with animals. The ceiling had stains, the baseboards in the room looked like they had never been cleaned

Shut down!!!
Hot tub started sucking water and squirting it around the room and the only thing they wanted to do was to give me towels to clean up the water. Then switched me to a room that had a foul odor, constant beeping fire alarm, and mold and hair coming up out of the drains.

Out of all the motels I've stayed at for work purposes, this has been one of my favorites. They offer clean private rooms, quiet environment, and a friendly, respectful staff.

Filthy roach hotel
This was the worse hotel, it was misleading. When I arrived there were several police cars, appears an incident occured. I stayed possibly 3 hours, when i tried to eat several roaches came out. I was disgusted took the key back to the front desk & contacted Hotels. Com. I am still waiting on a refund of 90 plus dollars. Over priced ran down filthy roach hotel. Hotels.com you have to be consistent,make sure these places are held to a standard. Not putting their best room picture on and the rest of the rooms are a mess. This is not the first time this has happened.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had
The room was hideous. Dirty, smelly-the bed coverings were riddled with cigarette burns, as was the toilet seat. I wouldn’t go near the shower. The tv connection was a rat's nest of wires dangling from the wall The outside doors were propped open. Took me a minute to figure it out, but is was being used as a brothel or a crack den or god knows what. I was booked for three nights, but I checked out in the early am and canceled the rest of my stay. I should have left the moment I saw the room. I’ll never use hotels.com again and hopefully neither will my friends. How can you be trusted?
