Experience the city of Atlanta to its fullest here at the Garden Suite in the heart of midtown!

Catch a show next door at the famous Fox theater. Right downstairs, are hundreds of local bars and restaurants right outside the apartment doors. After grabbing a bite to eat, you could walk off your food by walking to Piedmont Park located just a few blocks away.

No transportation? No problem! Car rental is available through the Host starting at $43 a day. Or be adventurous and hop on the scooters located outside the building for short distance transportation.

The Marta train station ( North Avenue Station) is located two blocks away. Feel free to ride Marta back-and-forth to the airport for about $4. For more instructions, please contact the host.

Good location, not “Luxury”

This is an apartment in a residential rental building. Unless it was a grandfathered condo which would be unusual. The owner did not meet me there
she attempted to “unlock” the elevator remotely bit that never happened. She had to call the building concierge to let me go upstairs. The keys were supposed to be in the unlocked unit but the cleaner didn’t leave them so I had to wait for them to come back. 45 minutes to check in. The unit is a bit worn, inexpensive linens, lamp with no lampshade, barest of kitchen utensils. No coffee or even coffee cups. View was nice, with nice pool and gym onsite. Great midtown location and easy parking once we got the keys.

Overall lovely

Lovely apartment with great views! Apartment was very secure. Key fob for entry secure. Which was a . Only downside was there wasn’t any toilet paper upon arrival.

We came to town to see a show at the Fox Theatre which is 2 blocks away. It was a perfect distance to the venue and restaurants. Place was clean and host was nice. Easy to operate everything. The view was spectacular of Atlanta Skyline at night. This was great for our weekend away.

Gracious host and excellent location

Came into town for GA Tech family weekend and everything went smoothly. The location was terrific. Would definitely stay here again. My only concern was that the drawers had not been cleaned out and there is a bit of wear and tear overall (scraped up walls, poor job painting, patching the bathroom walls and lots of streaking on the stainless steel frig). It needs some TLC but otherwise a great place to stay in midtown!
