The hotel was nice and so was the staff. The room looked clean for the most part although i did find the largest cockroach I've ever seen on the wall of the shower my first night. Also the iron in the room did not work. Other than that it was a nice room with a comfortable bed and a decent amount of space.

The room was NOT as described, no separate sitting area. The ENTIRE 2nd floor on more than on occasion smelled like weed.

Lobby was nice the room was very spacious and beds were comfortable. Only problem was the water pressure of the shower was bad and the drainage of the tub was slow to drain water backed up every time we used it

My room was horrible this was a terrible experience for one I went into my room it seemed clean at first until I dropped something on the side of the bed and found vomit all over the curtains and the carpet dried up vomit on side by the window. We moved rooms and when we get to that room the carpet was filthy so I left that hotel they said they would only charge me for one night and also give me Hilton reward points never received Hilton reward points but I had to pay for one night stay at the DoubleTree hotel.

We want our guests to have the best stay possible where every area of the hotel is clean and spacious, and all services are on-time and of the highest quality. A clean room that has been prepared for our guests is basic for a good stay. I apologize sincerely again as I did when we met and again in a follow up call. Please know this is an isolated incident. The Hilton Honors points were issued. I will follow up with Hilton as to why the points doesn't reflect on your account. Again – I offer my apologies and hope that you will reconsider a return visit.

The staff was wonderful! Property is dated and needs some renovations. Faucet in shower wouldn't close all the way so that you could get all the pressure from the water. Disappointing. Room was clean.

A/C was broke on our first night stay. We had to relocate around 1am. However, staff was courteous about. The second night the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Some nights parking was terrible but there is additional parking in the back with minimal lighting for safety. Overall stay was decent.

The room was good and as expected. It could have been cleaner.. there was visible dust and dirt around the room. Other than that we had a nice stay. Highly recommend getting a parking spot early because if not you will end up having to park in the back and walking.

The front desk staff members on the evening shift showed great hospitality. They were very courteous. I was disappointed though that housekeeping missed cleaning my room on Sunday.
