Sheets - Sheets were not clean AND replacement sheets had holes and stains Towels - brown stains, crunchy to the touch as if not washed and dried properly Roaches - last straw Crowded and uncomfortable Shared bathroom - dreading using it Shoes off rule - not walking bare foot $25 cleaning fee - manager said that thats what he pays the clean up woman but imo they should reinvest the money they refuse to refund for bad service, into professional cleaning services in their rentals Also unwillingness to do refund.

The guest found a single small discoloration on a huge king sheet set. They were given replacements, linens that had been bleached and washed but you can always find imperfections. Guest would not show us the actual imperfection..so we couldn't verify what his complaint was. We provide king beds with Egyptian cotton sheets and ergonomic pillows. With large screen tv and streaming services, we are a great alternative to the hotels at a fraction of the price. We have five star ratings from the vast majority of our guests, but some can't be appeased no matter how hard you try.

The guest did not stay or view the premises..... All of our suites have king size beds and high quality sheets, large screen TV's, ergonomic pillows and cleaned every day! We strive every day to give a 5 STAR stay. Its disappointing to see guests drag down ratings without being in a position to make an honest review.

Outstanding Hospitality
Most amazing experience. Very friendly owner; and knowledgeable about around landmarks. The shared bathroom was no problem; everyone is respectful using it at a timely manner. I enjoyed my stay and this is a 5/5 star for cleanliness.
