The floor was a little dirty, all though the rest of the room was really clean. View was nice. The hotel is according to me really secure. I would book again with them, specially for a 4-5 stars hotels that are not too costly. It’s near the metro and so really easy to go everywhere. So even if it’s not directly in the middle of the city, it’s great. If you don’t wanna take the metro, go for an hotel near the acropolys or monastiraki.

Bon hôtel au mauvais emplacement
Bon hôtel relativement, belle chambre et grand lit confortable pour chambre premium vue panthéon. Cependant, oubliez la piscine qui est très simple, fermée a 19h et une dizaine de transats pour plusieurs centaines de chambres ! Emplacement inadapté au sein d'un quartier mal fréquenté mais pas dangereux... 15 mn a pieds du quartier animé du centre ville. Une belle vue sur le panthéon mais au loin derrière une partie de la ville très délabrée. Belle vue panoramique au 9e étage du bar et de la piscine.

2eme séjour dans cet hôtel, et comme la première fois, nous n’avons pas été déçus. La vue est magnifique depuis la terrasse. La chambre était spacieuse tout comme la salle de bain. Le personnel était avenant et sympathique. Juste un bémol avec le service sur la terrasse qui était toutefois meilleur que la dernière fois. L’hôtel est situé juste à côté du métro

Très bon petit déjeuner. Très complet, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Accueil très sympathique et à l'écoute des clients. Personnel de bon conseil pour les visites de la ville et les réservations. Roof top : superbe vue sur la ville et l'Acropole. Seul regret, hotel un peu éloigné du coeur de la ville. Mais, si on aime marcher, ce n'est pas très gênant (15/20 minutes).

L'hôtel reçoit essentiellement des groupes de touristes. Ce n'est pas un hôtel pour passer du bon temps entre amis car il n'a pas de dimension humaine. Il y a un flot très importants de groupes. La piscine est ridicule au regard du nombre chambres. Pour les transat, il faut se lever tôt pour en avoir un (seulement 15transats disponibles). Pour la terrasse, les housses de sièges sont sales. On a l'impression que le ménage est fait une fois par jour. Les tapisseries et moquettes sont d'un autre âge.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. My wife started getting little bumps on her body, which we assumed were mosquito bites. Turns out they were bed bugs which we found crawling around the mattress and wall. The staff barely acknowledged when we told them. They offered no compensation and no apology. Very disappointed given the money we spent.

Stayed here in May 2024. Looks great overall, has a excellent rooftop bar with Acropolis view and the room interiors are top notch as well. The only piece that was a bit of a challenge was the delay in room service activities. There were 2-3 instances where I felt the the support from the team was slower in getting us the things we needed (especially sugar and milk in the morning when we were getting late). Outside of this everything was great - special mention to Ionna who works at the reception who took the time out to give us a walkthrough of the things to do in the city. This was a very personal touch. FYI - Location is not as bad as people have claimed it to be. Yes a couple of blocks around were sketchy - but just make sure you are travelling via the right streets to get to Plaka or other neighborhoods.

The hotel is close to a metro stop which is very convenient. It is also next to a large traffic circle which can be loud at times. The windows do a nice job of dampening most of the noise. The neighborhood could be a little nicer but no real issues other than run down a bit with some abandoned buildings. Next to the hotel is a bread factory which was easy to get to for the AM latte and pastry. The room (suite) was spacious with robes, slippers and the bed & pillows were comfortable. The staff were helpful but we had limited interaction.

Two biggest problems with the hotel: Yes 1)it’s situated in a sketchy neighborhood. I didn’t feel safe on the street. 2) The door frame to my hotel room was broken. I would have to wiggle the door quite a bit just to get it to open properly. Aspects of the hotel were fine.

Il locale si trova di fronte al ristorante Mironi, dove si mangia molto bene, a prezzi modici e con musica greca dal vivo. Nella piazza adiacente c'è la metropolitana (bellissima, pulita ed efficientissima, un fiore all'occhiello per Atene) Non do il massimo perché la colazione, seppure abbondante, non è da 5 stelle in quanto la qualità del cibo è media e non servono il cappuccino e il caffe espresso, che si possono prendere solo alle macchinette (ma non sono gran che)

The property was very nice and the room was sufficient for our one night stay before we got on the cruise ship. There was a restaurant right beside the hotel. That was very good.

The receptionist was very rude, room was facing an apartment building that was run down with few homeless people, toilet was leaking, coffee machine was not working, very disappointed.

The hotel is perfect. The area surrounding it doesn’t look and feel very safe, so we got a taxi everywhere instead of walking.
