Thank you for taking the time to respond with a feedback of your stay! We regret you had a stay not up to the standards you wanted. We want to apologise for the noise disturbance. We know it can be noisy later than expected but its a common think when you book a place at the center of a city and its like that all over Europe. Greece and especially Athens is a lively city 24/7 all year round. So to be at walking distance to the center and all main attractions the noise is something we cannot reduce to 0%. As for the others complaints we will disagree with you as the apartment have great reviews about cleaning services from all previous guests. And even thought you can read at the terms that cleaning is provided once per stay, if you asked us for additional cleaning we would provide, but you never asked for that service. We hope to host you in the future and make you change your mind about our services.

Thank you so much for your review! It is very helpful! We are always glad to hear from our guests anytime! Regarding the door, until now we have thought that it would be nice to keep the character of the building and maintain as many elements as possible. However, your comment is enlightening for the preferences of the guests and we will try to find a better way to combine traditional and functional. Regarding the elevator, it is one of the small ones (1,5sqm) and it is perfeclty maintained and complied with EU regulations. As it is an external added elevator, its source of clean air is easily functional. We are happy you enjoyed cleanliness and design during your stay at the apartment and that location offered the oportunity to visit Athens on foot! We will be glad to see you again!

You are right about the parking that is difficult as the property is in the city center and as in every European city parking in the center is always difficult! One way or the other we don't think its necessary to have a car as everything is in walking distance.

You are right about the noice of the neighbourhood. Its something we try to reduce with noice reductions materials and its in our future plans. Although the noice is disturbing only Saturdays and usually when there is a party or a celebration nearby. Our opinion is that its a small price to pay if you want to stay in walking distance of every major site in the city center. Athens is a lively city with excellent night scene and choices for going out. The Greek islands are a most common choice if you want to relax. We are looking forward to host you in the future and hope we can provide a more noice free accommodation through our renovated outside walls materials.
