I do not believe that they should be charging people full price at this moment while they are under construction. We stayed there last night there were tornado sirens going off never once where we notified from staff about our safety. The inside of our room got wet next to the window it was leaking not sure if it was from the air conditioning or if it was from the rain. Thankfully we didn't have any of our personal belongings set over there. We had a lovely view of the construction dumpsters. Only going for a day wasn't so bad. Would I stay there for more than one day and the conditions that it's at at this moment absolutely not. Maybe would come back after the construction is done to see the true potential.

Property is undergoing massive remodel. Amenities listed: pool, hot tub, gym were all unavailable. Free breakfast was also listed but the dining room was unavailable so the had a few bananas and muffins behind the front desk. Ice machine on 3 rd floor was broken and had a sign on it saying to go to lobby for ice. Basically, they charged a premium price for services that weren’t available.

The hotel was doing extensive renovations when we were there and so the pool and fitness rooms were closed (which we didn’t plan on using anyway). There was some dust from the work, but not in the lobby or breakfast area. Both those areas were clean and neat, as was our newly renovated room. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and informative and we appreciated her very much. We were only there for one night, but had a very good stay. There are plenty of restaurants within a mile drive of the hotel.

Ok for 1 night. Vacant strip mall next to hotel seems to be a late night hangout area, so was a bit loud. Staff was very friendly. Construction going on the entire 2nd floor but thats understandable and i was notified in advance. Good stay for the price.

Overall liked the property and the staff were great. They are under construction which I knew and they take care to address your needs. Would go back anytime.

Expedia listed this hotel with jetted tubs. None as advertised. Hotel under major construction? No one said a word. We were compensated after a phone call, but would never have booked it if we had known. Won’t book there again, or with Expedia!

A/C would not cool, it was hot in our room, no hot breakfast (blamed a broken oven) missing lamp bulbs and they could not find any replacements, construction on the floor above our room, could hear them using the hammer and heavy walking and dragging stuff across the floor. When we checked in they said it would be that evening between 5:00 and 7:30, didn't mention anything about the next morning.

Vanity faucet handle broken, fell in sink when used, toiled not handicap, no grab bar on back wall of shower, no anti skid on tub bottom, I noticed several locks on doors broken. I informed clerk that our guest never showed up last night & asked for credit on card, she said I should get $30.00 credit, but did not. Property in poor condition & need alot of updating.

Upon checking in, in short conversation one girl behind desk stated if she owned this place she would shut it down immediately. No improvements on rooms since our last stay, found dirty wash rag on shower curtain rod. Toilet paper holder was almost off of wall. A big waste of money.

Disappointed but not irritated
The check-in was friendly and quick for our two day stay. All was clean and room amenities appreciated. However, our room 305 had some flooring issues in the bathroom. A lot of the grout was missing from the tile and a couple of tiles were sunk into the floor lower than the ones around it. Seems the sub-floor underneath was deteriorating. There was only one partial roll of toilet tissue which was gone by the time we checked out. Our return for the second night required me to go ask for two more towels and wash rags, the trash was not emptied and used towels still on the floor. In other Hotels I've stayed in the room was cleaned and replenished each day. I was also charged $336.50 in advance but when I checked out and later looked at my checkout receipt, it was for $281.99. I have not yet heard back on my request explaining the $54.51 discrepancy.

hi my name is Alexis I am responding to your review about your stay in room 305 I am so sorry that you were not happy with the overall flooring conditions in the room this is a maintence issue that we are getting fixed. I also want to apologize for the limited amount of toilet tissue that you had in your room also I understand that you had to come down and ask for more towels and rags the reason for this because, housekeepers only put the amount of towels and wash rags to cover for the first nights stay and then if needed we require you to please let us know if you need more as well as getting housekeeping services done during your stay guest are required when they first check in to request for stayover cleaning services so that housekeepers can be notified when you would like your room to be refreshed during your stay. and as well as the concern for the discrepancy charge of 54.51 you can contact management between the times of 9am and 2pm to discuss this

In need of a remodel
The breakfast was great. The room was spacious, but it felt like a worn-down hotel overall. Tiles were loose in the bathroom, rugs were old, and the room was dark. Hopefully, they can remodel the facility soon.

Problems with TV. They did get it fixed. Toilet would flush on if I remove the tank cover and hold the flapper down. Dirty room and very run down.

It was OK. The hotel is in need of updating for sure. It wasn't terrible though. The hallways smelled bad, it seemed to be warm in the hotel, but the air worked well in our room so no big deal. just very outdated. But it looks like they may be about to remodel because there were large containers outside of the hotel. The pool was not open and there was no Wi-Fi but those things didn't bother us because we didn't need them. Just being honest I wouldn't stay here again unless it was remodeled. The lady at the front desk that checked us in was very nice and put a few snacks and water in our room because of the Wi-Fi not working.
