Maisons de campagne à Aston

« Staff is very friendly. We were in the shepherd hut: clean, cosy and good looking. Great experience! »

« I’d booked and paid for a room via Expedia. When I arrived I was told that I would not be staying there as they were fully booked and they had no rooms available. They claimed that there had been a change of ownership/management the week before and even though I myself had only booked two days before my arrival they denied any knowledge of my booking. I was left trying to find an alternative place to stay at 7pm on a Saturday night. Beware of pre booking if this is how they now treat guests....

« Nice stay in a room that was probably a mew before. Simple glazing for the windows. Did not bother us as we were is September. »

« Bon confort des chambres et de la literie. Repas assez cher. Personnel poli mais assez peu chaleureux Séjour correct »

« We really enjoyed our brief stay.Such charming staff. My only question would be,please keep fresh milk in the room fridge, for tea in the morning. We would like to come back to stay in one of the thank4 bed lodges, overlooking the lake, next time. »

« Nice location and property »

« Very quaint pub in a quiet village - but full of life and character, obviously popular with locals and visitors alike. The staff were super friendly. Food was great. Our room was unique and full of old pub charm including sloping floors, but it was super clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was well appointed. »

« This unique hotel above a pub, located in walking distance to the town was very noisy because of the busy road that passed by. The room was small and while advertised as having a king size bed, the bed was only queen-sized. The bathroom was equally small. The staff were over worked due to a lack of people. The one young lady was everywhere-checking us in, serving drinks and dinner etc. »
