Hôtels près du Astante Park à Albuquerque

« I paid the extra charge for the breakfast when I booked the room, then I was charged again for the breakfast upon check out, I brought it to the attention of the Manager and he said “oh you’re exactly right, I will adjust that right now”, he did not, had to call again to get the charge reversed. The attendant that checked me in was not professional, burping while he discussed the room direction. The breakfast attendant was rude, only one of us ate breakfast, yet paid for two. It was...

« The room was clean. The staff was helpful. The TV was in a weird spot. The room facing the highway, we could hear the highway traffic. »

« I am always impressed by the large clean comfy rooms. The breakfast buffet is the best and the free Kickback drinks and food are not offered anywhere else. The staff handed out Halloween candy and cookies after dinner. We did not use the pool but a lot of happy people did. All this in one great night. »

« Great place to stay in Bernalillo and Albuquerque area. »

« Hôtel parfait pour une halte de qq jours. Piscine géniale. Nous recommandons! »

« I usually appreciate Tru but his hotel in ABQ is very far from the usual standards of comfort of the others sisters locations of Tru hotels. First, staff is managed by Randi who has absolutly nothing to do with clients satisfaction. A intensive training to understand basics commercial behaviour seams necessary for this team... That's the first time I observe a no- solution manager in a Tru... Second, a gas station Maverick is just in front of the entrance and the hotel is just located at...

« Bon accueil, chambre propre, petit déjeuner simple mais complet. Point négatif, la caution de 50$ prélevée sur ma carte et qui devait être remboursée lors du checkout, ne l'est toujours pas. J'espère qu'elle va l'être bientôt. Pas très professionnel de la part de la direction. »

« Room was was very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good except for the eggs. (Weird texture and bland) »

« Very good customer service. Only Burger King close by by walking. 30 minutes walk to the balloon festival though which is great »

« extremely noisy accommodations being at a golf course with the lawnmowers starting at 4 AM followed by very loud leaf blower noise at 5 AM, not to mention the a/c heat pump unit that was unbearable ....NVR AGAIN ! »

« Accueil froid mais professionnel, chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner correct. Dommage que la wifi ne soit pas sécurisée et déconseillée par Samsung, donc inutilisable. »

« Très bon etape comme d’habitude dans un Mariott. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Il manque une table et quelques chaises pour aller avec la cuisine »

« Très bien et très agréable »

« Our room had a musty smell and the bed was hard, so we did not want to stay the extra night. It was too late for us to find a new place to stay. I will say even though we had 2 nights booked through a 3rd party you were willing to not charge us for the second night. That was helpful. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant too. »

« Nice place to stay. Very clean »
