Gentile ospite, ci dispiace che abbia avuto questa sensazione, purtroppo la colazione per via del covid non possiamo più servirla a buffet, ma a tavola già impiattata, se non bastava ciò che le abbiamo dato poteva chiedere, la ragazza che serve le colazioni è lì per questo. Servizio nullo, non riusciamo a capire cosa vuol dire, la colazione le è stata servita, la camera è stata pulita, il check in è stato fatto, non so cosa altro si aspettava come servizio. Speriamo di fare meglio la prossima volta, cercheremo se possibile di coccolarla di più... A presto!
