The open-concept living area is perfect for spending time with your traveling companions. Easy access to hiking in the summer and the lift and ski trails on Aspen Mountain. The condo is all one level and is located on the third floor without elevator access. Please contact us in advance if we can be of assistance with your luggage. The third floor location provides for vaulted ceilings and views from the balcony of skiers or hikers enjoying Aspen Mountain. The layout of the home is great for families or friends traveling together. The master features a king bed and the second bedroom has one queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a king upon request prior to your arrival. These flexible bedding arrangements make this vacation rental perfect for all groups of travelers. Any time of year you will truly enjoy your stay in this comfortable condo.

All the comforts of a mountain home just steps to Aspen Mountain for hiking or skiing. Just a block away you can ride the Shadow Mountain lift to start your ski day. This uncrowded lift offers great access to the amazing skiing on Aspen Mountain. At the end of the day you can ski down the ski way to right outside the 700 Monarch building (conditions permitting) and click out of your skis. *Early and late season Shadow Mountain lift access dependent upon snow conditions. Aspen Mountain Gondola is 3 blocks away.

This condo is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. We may be able to provide luggage assistance as needed with advance notice.

Good condo for an Aspen stay. Clean, cozy. Nice sized rooms and bathrooms for groups. Nice appliances for at home cooking. Good location proximity to town. Great communication. Would definitely stay again! Only slightly negative thing was: It’s uphill so be prepared for a good walk, if you don’t have a car or ride. Also on 3rd floor with no elevator. But these things are pretty typical for Aspen.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Communication from host was timely and informative and check in very simple. The location could not have been more convenient both for access to slopes and to walk into town. The condo was spacious and had a very well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend it for a family or group of up to six guests.

The location can’t be beat. We parked our car and walked everywhere over the 3 days. It’s in the middle of downtown. Condo had everything we needed and it was lovely. The itrip people took care of getting us our street parking pass bc our car wouldn’t fit in the garage. They were immediately available if we had any questions and were genuinely concerned with making sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend

Nice property. Clean. Excellent communication with management company who immediately responded to a few minor issues. Nice to have a dedicated, garaged parking spot. One caveat: If you are traveling with older relatives, the walk up the street to the property is fairly steep. Also, there are three flights of stair steps between ground level and the property.

This property is in a great location, just a few blocks from Wagner Park and there is a hiking path right behind the unit. (We stayed in summer). Bedrooms were all a good size and the balcony was nice to sit on and face out to the mountain. The hosts were available and very responsive. We were very happy with our stay!
