Relaxation awaits at our pool and hot tub oasis located in Ashtabula! This 3 bedroom home sleeps up to 8 guests, making it perfect for larger families and groups. The spacious fenced in backyard features a stunning in-ground pool (open ~mid May to September) and a relaxing hot tub (open all year). Please note that our pool is a saltwater pool.
The kitchen features quartz countertops and plenty of space for cooking and preparing meals. The dining room has seating for 8. The large living room has vaulted ceilings and an electric fireplace for those cooler nights. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds, as well as a full bathroom. The upstairs features the master bedroom equipped with a king bed, TV, and a desk when you have to bring work with you. The partially finished basement features a pull out full couch (small but perfect for 2 kids or 1 adult),, 2 arcade games, foosball, and a retro Nintendo 64 with 4 controllers and plenty of game options.
This is a family-friendly neighborhood. Having fun around the pool area is understandable, but we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between the hours of 9 pm-9 am.
đI respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
đIf the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if neededâbut donât worry, just send us the receipt and weâll reimburse you! If itâs a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!

đ€«Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am

đ Just a heads-up: while cleanliness is a priority, our proximity to the lake makes bugs unavoidable, specifically mayflies. You may find these guys stuck to or around the exterior of the home. Turning off the exterior lights at night may help!
