No phone cord connected. The tv got 6 channels all of them 1 hour behind actual time. No new channels all old ones. So much noise sounded like a gym in the hallway, i had to yell at the people out there. ice machine on 2nd floor did not work. No bathroom exhaust fan. Tv remote had no battery cover.
