This is a wonderful rental! The space is beautiful and the hosts could not be any nicer. I had to rate this as a 3 for "family friendly", but that's only because it's really meant for no more than a couple as there is one bedroom with a king bed. But that in no way diminishes how great this space is. It's such a quiet community yet it's close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this rental. And a huge thank you to John and Milan for sharing their home with us.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and so nice to talk with. Check-in was a breeze and early check-in worked out.The unit was spacious, very comfortable, extremely well-appointed, and spotless. We slept great! The surroundings were quiet and beautiful, offering a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to all the local attractions and the airport. Airport is a15 to 20 minute ride, downtown 10 to 15 minutes, and Biltmore estate 10 to 15 minutes.We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches — coffee, bottled water, and delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Simply extravagant experience!

A beautiful place with interesting antiques from all over! The vibe from this apartment was very homely but interesting. In my opinion better then staying in biltmore. Very comfortable and has everything you could want for a vacation in asheville. This couple is incredibly accommodating and clearly know asheville like the back of their hand! Very welcoming and friendly people that have plenty of advice for those exploring asheville for the first time! I will certainly be staying again!

Better than advertised!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Le Petit Chateau. The room was very spacious, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. The location was quiet and convenient to our visit to the Biltmore Estate. John was a very gracious and accomodating host and we would certainly stay here again the next time we visit Asheville.

Fantastic property

This is not a complaint, just an FYI. It was a little dusty, especially the sofa and love seat. When it was smacked, you can see the dust flying off it. The host was friendly and spoke with us for a while. Overall, we liked the place very much and would stay there again.

This was our first trip to Asheville. The location was convenient, providing an easy drive to every location we visited. The apartment was private, and very comfortable after long days of exploring the town and surrounding areas. Great hosts as well, with great recommendations for local experiences and restaurants. For example, the recommendation for dining at the Grove Inn was excellent, as the views were amazing. Overall, it was a great stay! Thanks!

Fantastic Place

So we arrived in Asheville just after the hard freeze. All restaurants in the area were Closed due to no water. All we could do was go to the grocery and cook. What a great kitchen. The entire place was Magical. The hosts (John and Milan) were wonderful and gracious and so welcoming. The place was exactly as advertised. Even the sheets were pressed. Thank John and Milan for a wonderful two days. We will certainly be back.

Carriage House splendor

This property is beautifully appointed. The location is very quite with a real country atmosphere, even though you are just steps away from Asheville. The hosts were very helpful and gracious. I would stay here again if the need arose and would definitely recommend it as an elegant get-away.

Beautiful apartment in very exclusive neighborhood

Milan is a great host. Apartment was spotless and it has everything you need and more. Bed is very comfortable and it is very quite area. Milan even bakes cookies for you when you arrive. We would definitely stay there again.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our time staying in the Carriage House. Hosts Milan and John were responsive from the moment we made the reservation, met us when we arrived, welcomed us with cookies and made us feel right at home. The rental is thoughtfully designed, private, and filled with amenities to make you never want to leave. A full kitchen with appliances, coffee maker, full size refrigerator and freezer, etc. Had we stayed longer we would have definitely cooked meals there. They provide a singular experience for anyone wanting a truly special option away from hotel lodgings. The bathroom is beautiful, the furnishings are elevated yet comfortable, and the bed and bedding were some of the best we have experienced in our travels. As we have relatives in Asheville, this will be our first choice every time we visit.
